I'm trying to decide on which one I want to use. Kinda leaning toward the NPP b/c all the good things I've heard. Just curious which one you guys prefer? What's a good dose? I believe it's supposed to be run about half of the Test. Should I pin ED or EOD? Does NPP have as much PIP as Prop? Thx!

If your pinning test p then i would go with npp just because your all ready pinning eod or ed, if your taking c or e then just do deca. I have never done NPP just because i prefer tren and mast with test c. I like to pin 300 test c 600 tren and 400 mast

I'm using Test C but I don't mind pinning ED. My first cycle I used sustanon and I could barely walk for a week after my first pin. It wasnt bad after that though. I'd imagine it was from the prop. It was pharm grade too. I was thinking maybe pin EOD and just do the test with it but break it up into smaller doses rather than 2x a week like I do now.
I am going to do Test E and NPP, 750mg and 350mg respectively. That is my 12 week plan though I may throw in some proviron to get some libido boost. I liked Deca it just took forever to start working.


As everybody knows npp is just a short ester deca, without swelling up like a balloon, but will throw mass on you in a heartbeat! Like jay-steel said, I'd run it with other short esters, but doesn't have to, & you'll get great results on just 100mg eod.

I like to use NPP and Prop first 4-5 weeks on a Test Deca cycle. Nice quick start while waiting for deca and test to take affect.
Bodybuilding is about learning to maximally contract a muscle. It is not about lifting weight. The best bodybuilders in the world are that way because they can contract their muscle harder than you, NOT because they lift more.

I do something like this. I will shot ED and alternate between a npp and deca shot. I do the same thing with test. Get a little long and a little short. I just can't wait for deca to kick. It usually feels like around week 7 or 8 is when the deca kicks. I aim for 700 mg combined nanadrolone a week with about a gram of test. I never get libido/functionality issues though...
I liked NPP at 450mg/wk.

It's not a rule that your test has to be double your NPP.

NPP right here as well. Usually 100mg ED. Less bloat and works much much faster. Half way through my cycle I drop the NPP and switch over to tren ace. I now run ALL my programs this way...NPP first packs on some mass, than the tren helps solidify and harden my gains. NPP rocks!!
