Heavy Mass and Power Stack

My favorite mass cycle is a simple Test, Deca and Dianabol stack but there's a traditional stack that's more powerful that I rarely write about.

If I was a young man that wanted serious mass and power I would probably go with an old powerful stack that has stood the tests of time. The traditional stack I'm about to present brings back memories of one of the greatest chemical advisors of all time. Dan Duchaine was a man way ahead of his time. One day he presented a stack that was so powerful most who were serious about training and nutrition would gain at such a fast rate that they eventually injured themselves. The muscle strength would increase beyond what their tendons and joints could handle. This stack is to be respected or injury is certain.

First we start with the base compound Testosterone. Because this is an advanced stack I'm going to include advanced doses but lesser doses may be used. Testosterone is a staple for sheer size and power. It's a compound that makes you feel like a bulldozer in the gym and at the same time increases mood and libido. Contrary to the recent fads of using low doses of Testosterone I recommend using as much as you can tolerate within the range of 800-1,600mg Testosterone weekly. This base will be built on with one of the strongest traditional oral steroids of all time.

Anadrol is the king of traditional oral steroids. You may find stronger designer steroids but for an old school oral nothing beats Anadrol. The strength and mass that can be added with Anadrol is staggering. Anadrol is a true mass and power compound. Because of the duration of the cycle I would recommend 50-100mg Anadrol daily to compliment the testosterone base. More than 100mg daily may not provide further benefit for adding mass and will likely just cause more liver stress according to one study in HIV patients. In the same study the subjects reached maximum weight in 8-12 weeks so durations should generally be less than 12 weeks with Anadrol. The third and last compound in this mass and power stack is one of the most potent injectable steroids in our arsenal.

Trenbolone is quite powerful especially when used in certain ways. In fact, Trenbolone is 3-5 times more anabolic and androgenic than Testosterone. Trenbolone binds to androgen receptors (ARs) with approximately three times the affinity of testosterone and has been shown to augment skeletal muscle mass and bone growth and reduce adiposity! Tren is one potent weapon in the bodybuilder's arsenal. Therefore, trying to figure out a way to maximize Trenbolones amazing potential while minimizing its side effects has been a pursuit of mine. Obviously, reducing the dosage is a way to reduce side effects since many times side effects are dose dependent. Some users report that small, every day injections reduce side effects and this can easily be done with an insulin syringe in a lean muscle group. Stacking with complimentary steroids such as Testosterone maximizes Trenbolones potential and also reduces side effects such as loss of libido. I'm convinced there's almost no other traditional injectable stack that's as potent and versatile as Testosterone and Trenbolone. It's a simple stack with enormous potential to harden muscle, promote fat loss and add raw strength. Adding Anadrol adds even more to this synergy of mass and power. Since Trenbolone is so anabolic it's a great muscle builder as well. I prefer dosing Testosterone at least two times higher than the Trenbolone dose however when entering a contest prep I prefer the opposite. I recommend either a replacement dose of Testosterone with Tren or no Testosterone at all in the final weeks of prep to illicit a dry shredded look. First time users of Trenbolone may start as low as 200mg Tren weekly to experience its powerful effects. More adventuresome users may double that dosage to 400mg Tren weekly.

Sample 8-10 Week Mass and Power Cycle

1,200mg Testosterone blend weekly
400mg Trenbolone Enanthate weekly
100mg Anadrol daily

Keep Nolvadex on hand in case gyno symptoms present and stay very well hydrated. Avoid alcohol and acetaminophen or anything else that stresses your liver. Cycle supporting supplements are recommended.

*This cycle is for experienced users.

The purpose of this stack is mass and power so nutrition needs to be in accordance with a bulking phase. Keep calories above maintenance and be sure to include plenty of protein. Training needs to be hard and heavy but keep in mind that injury may occur with the newly increased strength so stay strict with movements and resist the urge for one or two rep sets unless you are advanced in your training. I personally would employ high volume training with sets ranging from 6-10 reps. Recovery is also an important component that must not be overlooked. Plenty of rest and sleep will allow for a greater response to the cycle. "If you cannot grow on this cycle you cannot grow on anything."

Epic stack HI. That is some serious size business.

Anadrol is one of the premiere bulking steroids. It is as anabolic as anything out there. It will put on size and strength and it will do it quickly. Gains will happen quickly and are steady. 100mg oral Anadrol is an excellent dose for stacking.

I never understood how people are able to train hard on Anadrol... Those back pumps absolutely destroy me (well on leg / back day). They are tolerable on some other days, but can get so out of control even standing curls become damn near impossible.

Remedy ? Water doesn't cut it for me.

Heavy u posted to keep nolva on hand for gyno sides. If ur running a 19nor isn't that what u dont want to do as it will upregulate progesterone receptors? I read this awhile back but if u could clear it up I'd appreciate it bro

Electrolytes and Taurine seem to help me. Back day is the worst for me.

Its a temporary effect of Nolva. A few weeks after being on Nolva the PR downregulates again. If your worried about it take your Nolva for 3 weeks before adding the Tren brother.

My first show is in April and I was going to start dieting down in january for it due to it being my first show. I wanted to get a little more size before the show.

Would you say to keep my cal intake high but eat 100% clean for an easy cut, and go to a gram of test and 400 tren a a week with 100 drol for 8 weeks or do you think that may be to far into contest prep.

Ive been on Test Deca drol and dbol so I am pretty full of water, abs are still visible and not fat, but not shredded. I was also thinking about taking low drol a week out from the show to raise my RBC for vasularity. Here is every thing I have on hand in if you dont mind giving me a tip for some quick mass 4 and a half months prior to a show.

I would allow 3 months (90 days) to diet so doing a blast right now is fine brother. One cheat meal per week and a few days later a carb load. All other meals 100% clean in a calorie surplus.

Save the winny, var, mast, prop and GH for the cut phase. Obviously you will need Tren for both phases.

cool thanks, I just got off a blast and gained some good size and taking a break from orals all most a month off of orals and wanting to jump on some drol soon. What do you think about adding tren with deca? Deca doesn't really give me bad sides ive been running it at 600 and I honestly have not seen one negative thing with it, only great mass and holding my weight after being off of orals. Normally i drop 6 lbs fast when I come off of dbol, but I am still gaining weight.

Deca and Tren is fine as long as the combined doses are reasonable brother.

what do you think would be good for tren if i am at 600 deca and running test at a gram. I plan to go to sust 300 in feb and high tren, but for now what do you think would be good. I was either thinking to jump to tren now with this or go back to another oral to try to squeeze out more weight during this bulk. Diet is on point i don't know my calorie count but it is up there and carbs are past 320 and protein is around 350-400.

Personally I would not exceed 400mg Tren weekly with that much Deca.

Ya bro I'm running deca at 400 and tren e at 400 and sides are very easily controllable as long as ur estro is fairly low. My libido is insane right now also so no deca dick

with 1 gram of test i havent gotten deca dick, but i did notice my sex drive is not as high as it normally is at 1 gram. Normally at 1 gram my dick is hard all day and all i think about is porn and where I am going to get some tonight, the deca kind of neutralized me lol. but i like that feeling cant wait to start pinning tren.

This is exactly how Deca effects me. I have a sex drive but its down a notch or two.

Yes, it can really increase aggression. I would substitute Nandrolone brother.
