Are u thinking about competing? what are ur stats?
At what age do you guys think HGH would be most beneficial to start? What do you think about a 22 year old on 2-4 iu HGH / day?

5' 10'' 200 lbs, about 12% bf.
Not really thinking of competing, just curious as to whether it would be beneficial. It seems to have less negative sides than AS.
Also wondering if anyone has had experience with it at around that age.


Every thing has its negative effects no matter what your dealing with . Its always better to start low and work ur way up because everyone reacts differently. Obviously the older you are the better hgh will work for you due to simple fact of your body declining with age.

I wouldn't look at HGH until you have reached your max genetic potential with AAS....unless you are looking for better looking skin or something of that nature. I started using HGH/slin when I stopped gaining with AAS alone. Not many have reached their max at the age of 22...so I would pass right now if I were in your shoes.

HGH would be very beneficial to anybody but any less than 5iu ED and you are wasting it if muscle building if your goal. I strongly recommend 10iu all post workout 3 days per week for growth. 2-4iu ed is a complete waste of money for a 22 year old

I don't necessarily disagree with you as it relates to "you get what you pay for". Quality wise do you believe there to be a really great disparity between some of the more reputable HGH from china (assuming reputable/trusted source) versus that from what your taking? Reason I ask is due to the cost not many can entertain a complete HGH regimen for several months (6-8) to a year at a time.
Im going to get my hands on a kit of Hygetropins and a kit of Kefei soon. I'll be starting 10iu eod and will keep this updated with how it goes.


I don't trust anything coming out of China. There are a couple lab results floating around saying that some of the blue (or whatever color) generics contain as much as 10iu per bottle, and I have also seen results where they only have 4iu. I know so many people that got burned using generic shit from China. If you decide to use GH, you have to be willing to pay for it...and I strongly urge anyone thinking about using it to stick to pharm grade only. I'd rather pay my $600-700 a kit of Serostim, than $400 a kit of God knows what. It's too much money to roll the dice with generic shit, IMHO. Don't buy it if you can't afford the real shit. 22 sounds too young. You want to be 100% sure your natural growth is done. Probably not needed till much later
Week into the 10iu 3 times a week protocol. I get very sleepy days that i shoot PWO. Is that normal? Does that have to do with my blood sugar?
^Yes that is very normal. 10iu in one shot will make you sleepy

I plan on splitting mine up not jumping to 10 ius though. Just running 4ius and working up. But 2ius post cardio and 2ius before bed ed. Then I will bump it to 3ius the next month and chill there. The biggest question though is what is your diet like?

Current Work out Method: Doggcrapp Training
8 eggs with 2 slices whole wheat bread
2 scoops isoflex with skim milk
plate of 25% brown rice, 50% chicken, 25% broccoli
2 scoops isoflex with skim
Another plate same as before but with tilapia
snack (usually Better 'n peanut butter, or a fruit or greek yogurt or something)
Another plate same as before but with chicken again
If i can stomache it another protein shake
I dont really weigh my food out, so couldnt tell you the calories.
Fridays, Saturdays try to get in a bit more carbs with pasta or something.


I would avoid taking it before bed. You largest pulse of the day happens at night when you fall asleep. By taking it at night before bed, you blunt your natural pulse, judging from my research. If you are working with 4iu a day, I would take 2iu as early in the morning as possible, than again come early afternoon. IMHO.
