    Cut stack

    What is the preferred stack for cutting weight with a dialed in diet out of ECA, NYC, CEC, SCA, and DNP? I have sources to get all just wondering which is the best and I don't mind sweating. Currently 225lbs at approx 11%bf do cardio 5 times a week with 3 HIIT sessions.

    All I know is I wouldn't do cec or dnp without a good dose of anabolics to prevent muscle loss.

    Clen 75-125 mcg a day and t3 50 mcg a day is good
    add 2-3 mg of yohimbine is better
    Add Phenylpropanolamin 25 mg= is silly

    but...

    80 mcg clen, a good diet and morning cardio is even better.(gram of anabolics and couple units growth doesn't hurt)

    I really like clen, t3 and yohimbine.

    dnp is really effective, but I find too uncomforable to do at this point in my life( I have kids and can't half ass it for three weeks)

    Eca- is ok.

    Cec- is good- ma haung seems to really get me going.

    i don't know what NYC is but I have a guess. (Norepherine/ yohimbine/ caffine)

    DNP is very effective and is not catabolic as many state...alot of the precieved muscle loss is the reduction of glycogen caused by DNP..hence is why CARBS are a must on DNP..i see guys complain about muscle loss on DNP..and it normally turns out there on some kind of keto or semi-keto diet..5-7 day runs at 200mg ed is plenty..use short blasts on and off to reduce bf%...

    the old standby of cytomel and clen is hard to beat..its pretty much proven itself many times..and the longterm effects of t3 are now being shown to be not near what many thought..as long as BP is good look to run 50mcg of t3 and look to pyramid clen up to 100+mcg ed..

    This right here ^ I also like Clen too. But you can take all the fat burners in the world, if your diet isn't on point then you will just be spinning your wheels.

    Anyone run the ECA stack from MP? I got a bunch of the stuff and was gonna run it in my cut blast. Never ran ECA before so not sure about how I am gonna dose it.

    dhacks has a very interesting stack...
    30MG 1,3Dimethylamylamine
    10MG Yohimbine hcl
    10mg Synephrine HCL
    200mg caffeine
    10mg sibutramine (appetite suppressant)

    with 50mcg of T3, ill be using this with the last 2 months of my pre contest stack.
