All I know is I wouldn't do cec or dnp without a good dose of anabolics to prevent muscle loss.
Clen 75-125 mcg a day and t3 50 mcg a day is good
add 2-3 mg of yohimbine is better
Add Phenylpropanolamin 25 mg= is silly
80 mcg clen, a good diet and morning cardio is even better.(gram of anabolics and couple units growth doesn't hurt)
