Cycle Advice, spring cutter/lean bulker
Hey all. Been browsing forums like ironmag for quite a while. Also been around gear before. Have a few PH cycles under my belt (epi, 11oxo, Hdrol, pmag) and a test cycle as well (12 weeks at 500 test prop/week and epi the last 6). Trying to plan out a cycle to finish up the end of my current cut.
Stats: 25 years old, 215lbs, 14% as per calipers. Lifting 4 years or so.
Currently on a 5 day split:
Chest/tris
Legs
Off
Arms
Shoulders
Back
Off
Cutting natty after a slightly over zealous winter bulk. Plan to prime my body for a cycle this time around to maximize everything.
Diet: Maint is somewhere around 2900, so I'm eating around 2300kcals a day, doing IF, using a carb cycling approach with weekend refeeds high carb at maintenance. HIIT on a stationary bike 3 days a week, heavy bag cardio twice a week, and LISS walking a treadmill at an incline post workout.
Would like to get down to around 10-12% prior to cycling.
Cycle thoughts:
1-12 Test E @ 250mg/wk
1-12 Tren E @ 400mg/wk
1-4 Tbol @ 50mg ED or SDMz2.0 or SD
1-14 Exemestane starting at 12.5mg EoD and adjusting as needed.
Prami @ .25 EoD then adjust. Is this the right dosage, or do I need to up it to ED?
PCT:
15-19 Clomid 50/50/50/25/25
14-18 DAA @ 3g Ed
15-21 0/0/3/3/2/1/1eod
Looking for thoughts on a closer for this cycle. Maybe Var @ 50 from week 8-14 or Winny the same.
Looking to gain strength back after this cut and still lose some body fat. If I gain weight, nbd as long as I'm not gaining much fat. Ideally, I'd like to be able to get this to take me sub 10%. Have experience with Clen and T3 as well, and probably going to purchase some from MaximPep soon with their amazing deals. T3 through cycle at about 50mcg and ramping down at the end. Clen 2 on 2 off throughout.
Figuring I'd eat about 3400 cals or so, 340g P, 255g C, 115g F.
Any thoughts on this? Diet or cycle advice are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Alright. Only reason I chose Prami is because I've read a lot of folks get their sleep on really well afterwards. Just a precaution for the tren-somnia.
And I hear you on the more isn't always best part. I obviously wasn't gonna run everything I said. Since I was running enanthate esters, I figured a kicker would be good til the oils kicked in. Then var/Winny to harden up. That's the only reason I considered mast prop.
As far as running prop and ace, I've considered it. Only thing is I have the test E already and have a really good deal on Tren E lined up. I know you gotta pay to play, but it's just more convenient this way. Less pinning too. But if it's worth it to go the prop/ace side of things, I'll see if I can grab some.

I may just run caber or prolactrone instead of the prami. Or start wayyyyyyy low.
Looking into the prop and ace. Running it at 50/75 4 days a week too low for test/tren? Or should I up it more?

Alright. So, source said it's gonna be a while before he'd be able to get tren back in stock. Problem with his supplier, dunno when it'll be solved. In the mean time, that means I may end up changing up this cycle as I'm NOW looking at purchasing this week and starting at the beginning of February.
So, now I'm wondering what to run. Test/mast prop with Winny tail is what I'm leaning towards, but if there's another option available to me, I'm all ears. Although if test/tren is what I should run, I may have to check out another source. His prices are just too damn good.
