What are you trying to accomplish, goals?

Hey all,
I am 25 years old, around the 200 pound mark at around 20% body fat.
I have been weight training for 9 years and have a relatively clean diet (we all have our cheat meals/days).
I have dabbled in steroids before using dbol, anabol, test, etc. with help and advice from others.
I have some really important business things coming up this year including a professional photoshoot and really need to look my best.
I have decided to go with some tren a and some test e, what is the best way to go about using these e.g. amounts, when and for how long?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I want to lose body fat and increase lean muscle mass.
Test at 250 a week tren at 50ed. Prami caber or prolactrone for prolactin sides. Aromasin or formeron for estro. Easy and very effective

And do that for 10-12 or as long as u can handle the tren. Some can't go longer then 6-8

Can anybody here help me out with a decent and affordable diet plan for this?
I'm currently on day 4 of 50mg of tren ED and don't think it's doing anything. From what I've researched I should be seeing or feeling something now :/

Just eat clean and hit your macros, and do some cardio to drop more. Although, tren is supposed to be king of whatever realm you want it to be, so there's that. Figure out how much you need to eat and go from there. Dave palumbo's is good though. Check it out.

Absolute noob of a query but how do you eat the whole eggs in the Palumbo diet? Scrambled?

Scrambled, cook em in a skillet sunny side up, make an omelet? Cook em like you would egg whites.
I don't have any advice for you but I f'ing love scrambled eggs

What happens if I inject my quads every day? Alternating each day between left and right?
I've kinda been a bit sissy about trying other spots. I tried glute earlier today and the pain of just getting the tip of the needle in was unreal so I had to pull out.
I have 1.5" needles so I don't know if they're too long for delts etc
Dont do it slow dude. You have to pin it like a dart, get the first 1/2 inch in quick. Should feel just a little pinch if anything at all.

Nah I always swap pins. I believe they're either 22 or 23.
