Some guys are fine on 500 IU/wk but i find that my testes barely stay descended on my dose, and occasionally don't... so I bump it to 1500 IU/wk as needed. This works nicely and blood tests show higher testosterone scores than otherwise expected from gear alone.

Question. Never used hcg before going to by 10000 ius and curious what is proper dozing for me?
I'm 34 210lbs 6 feet tall 12% bf and currently running 600 test 300 deca a week.
And should ugh ne I'm or sub q injections?

I seem to do well on 250iu's-2x/week. So 500iu's/week. Some seem to do well on 1000iu's/week as was mentioned above. Somewhere in that range makes sense to me. 500-1000iu's/week.

If you've never even ran hcg along your cycle before, I'd say run 250 Tue/250 Thur- 500iu/week.
There's no definitive answer for what dosage you would need. I'd say just keep an eye on your nuts ha if hey begin to shrink noticeably, you could then up to 500&500 for 1000iu a week.
