Thread: A newbie in need of some seriously expert guidance!!!

I have always been athletic with a good build. Over the last couple of years have gotten serious about my training but I believe I have plataued.
I want to take my body to the next level with supplements but I want to make sure to get a quality product through a reputable supplier. I have heard about alot of bunk gear and shady suppliers. Truthfully the only site I know of is Napsgear about which I have read mixed reviews and also heard mixed reviews from the friend that directed me there. Please help. I don't want to waste my time or money and want to do this right with quality gear. Please offer suggestions.
