    clembuterol women usage.

    My wife is 36 yrs old 5'0" 113 lbs carries some fat on the baby area and thighs/ nutt. She wants to cut this fat faster and she worked out 5 days a week. My question is what is the proper cycle dosing of clen. Is it ok to run alone or need something else too. She also has an iud with hormones in it. Thanks for input guys and gals

    i wouldnt go over 80mcg/day if i were her, generally people go 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off


    tapering up or down is not necssary, though her fat may be more diet or hormone-related especially considering the locations.

    I'm on it on and love it, I also take mine with T3. Have her start out with 10-15mcg and see how she feels with that. Don't take it after 2 or3 because it will keep you up at night. It won't mess with her birth control ,she should be fine. I'm using maxim peps right now and I love their products.

    Fat around the lower ab area is most likely hormone related not diet. Clen may work but never a sure thing. Start her out a 20mcg for 3 days until she gets used to the jitter effect then up to 40 and so on until 80mcg. No need for women who don't compete to go any higher. That should do the trick...and have her run it 3 weeks on 3 off since there is no ephedrine or t3 along with it.

    She doesn't sound like she's really "fat" or needs to lose too much bodyfat. Possibly needs more muscle tho. What does it mean "baby area"? Did she recently have a baby?

    In terms of setting expectations - clen isn't a miracle drug. Can you detail what is her current training split, and more importantly, her diet? If the diet isn't optimized for hergoals, there's no point throwing in drugs to get a result your foundation component isn't supporting.

    Please read this:

    OTC Fat Burners

    There are lots of fat burners out there. Depending on how recently you've done a walk through a GNC, you may be more or less familiar with the different brands. It's been a long time since I walked through a GNC so I am not up on the latest. You may need to experiment with different products to see which works best with your own body chemistry, and also keeping in mind things like can you take it on an empty stomach (e.g. if you're thinking AM fasted cardio). Generally IMO it’s more important to find the one that allows you to function during your day and sleep at night, as opposed to worrying about getting tweaked out enough to lose weight?.


    Ephedrine

    If you want to go back to basics, you can build your own ECA stack with individual components like NoDoze (classic college-finals week caffeine supplement), Ephedrine and aspirin (cheap off-brand is fine if you want to keep things cost-efficient).

    To build your own stack:

    · E/C: 1:10 ratio of ephedrine to caffeine. Typical is 25 mg ephedrine + 200-250 mg caffeine

    · E/C/A: 1:10:10 or 1:10:15 ratios. Adding in aspirin thins your blood a little to extend the effect of the E/C. Recommendations for aspirin range from a baby aspirin (80 mg) to a regular aspirin (325 mg)

    Another variation is ephedrine / caffeine / yohimbine HCl (ECY). Yohimbine is great as an appetite suppressant, but too much of it can leave you feeling sick to your stomach.
    · E/C/Y: 25 mg ephedrine + 200-250 mg caffeine + 5 mg yohimbine..

    You can take any of these combinations at 2-3 times / day, but it is generally recommended to not take anything after 3 pm, or determine how late into the day the last dose affects you, and make that the latest time of your last dose so you can sleep. Anything that affects your sleep will reduce your quality recovery time and begin to negate any progress you make from the compound you’re taking.


    Non-OTC Fat Burners

    Women are often more interested in fatloss before they are interested in muscle growth, particularly for competition prep. The following compounds are explicitly not steroids, but they are generally controlled substances or by prescription only. These are the first line of supplements that women start to hear about to lose fat or lean out?.

    Clenbuterol

    Clenbuterol is prescribed as a bronchodilator for asthma, but also has the additional effect of increasing metabolism. The claim is a 10% increase in metabolism over ECA, which claims a 3% increase in metabolism. (I have seen this often quoted but never found an original study to back this up.) Clenbuterol has a 36-39 hour half-life, meaning if you take it, or worse, too much, you have to ride it out for about a day and a half. Some people panic if they take too much, and head to the Emergency Room, where the doctors will still just tell you that you need to ride it out until it wears off. There is nothing you can take to make it stop? before then.

    Clenbuterol has also been called "anti-catabolic", meaning it does not promote muscle loss as part of the increase in metabolism to reduce bodyfat.     · Effect of clenbuterol on growth, nitrogen and energy balances and endocrine status in food-restricted sheep.

    Some additional considerations when using clenbuterol:

    · Supplement with (3-5g/day) l-taurine - clenbuterol tends to inhibit l-taurine in your system, producing cramps

    · Using Ketotifen with clenbuterol (2-3mg ED)

    o Note Ketotifen is prescribed as an anti-histamine. It can make you sleepy so better to take it at night.
    o Effects of ketotifen and clenbuterolon beta-adrenergic receptor functions of lymphocytes and on plasma TXB-2 levels of asthmatic patients:


    · Using Benedryl with clenbuterol
    o “Bro-telligence has often recommended using Benedryl to allow you to run clenbuterol longer without an off cycle to reduce down regulation of receptors. This is NOT true. Benedryl will only help you sleep if you're overstimulated by a clen cycle. Ketotifen is the better choice for longer clen cycles.

    With regard to cycling clenbuterol, I suppose this falls under bro-telligence. Following are two common cycles:
    · 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off for 8-12 weeks
    o Starting at 20 mcg, increasing by 20 mcg units as you can handle, until what you can handle or a maximum of100 mcg per day, and then stay at that amount for the duration of the two weeks. Then stop and go off for 2 weeks, substituting your favorite OTC thermo, and then repeating the 2 weeks on, again starting at 20 mcg.
    · Continued on for 8-12 weeks, include ketotifen
    o Starting at 20 mcg for a week, increase by 20 mcg per week until what you can handle or a maximum of100 mcg per day, and then stay at that amount for the duration of

    sorry so long to respond was out of town. She actually eats very well, oatmeal/cream of wheat in the morning. Grapefruit or something like that for a snack. Yogurt and something light ie salad for lunch. 20g protein shak after workout, light sensible dinner. Low carbs rare to eat more than 1 piece of bread or a serving of pasta in a day consumption. shes not on a typical chicken and rice 3 meals a day type regiment, i believe that the key to dieting and maintaining a healthy diet is a livable lifestyle change a little at a time. if you yo yo diet it never works longterm. She also takes the mango pills and Green Tea extract with basic vitamans etc to compliment her food intake. trying to keep her around 1500 calories a day. Training is 4-5 times a week, involves 30 mins cardio, 20 mins of core and light weight training. She cant hit high intensity cardio of sprints or things of that nature do to a heart/seizure issue. but we can hit target fat burning heart rate atm and building up to higher levels over time to be safe. She has had 2 kids and c sections started at 92 lbs was at 105-110 after first child then 8 years later 2nd kid was stuck at 120-125, she is down to 113 lbs atm. Im proud of her progress and she is by no means fat but wants to kick that belly fat off and baby fat from thighs and butt. so i thought Clen or a CLen/T3 stack or a Clen/Anavar stack would help her get closer to target shape then work to maintain it naturally after that.

    no lol its not like that, she can drink energy drinks, caffeine, effedrine etc without any problems on the heart. if she goes high intensity too fast her bp drops and gets pale because her heart has a murmer in it. Seizures are based on a nerve pinch in her stomach. Yes her diet sucks, but you try telling a woman what to do 100% of the time and see how long your marriage lasts shes not on clen atm, it was a suggestion which put me in here to ask advive, tips, plans etc. Not punch line retarded comments. We all know that in the anabolic world everyone thinks thier way is the best and have a tendancy to ridicule others for their ideas or lack therof, or just plain learning a bit at a time. Im sure you had to do some researcha nd ask questions to acquire the information that you poesses now right? exactly, so that brings us back to the original question, what is a proper way to introduce this product, what to use it with, training, routines to play with or adjust to, and help with a female diet.

    Clen is great to run with Anavar. I had some fitness clients that used this stuff and they saw great results.
    I would use the two together for sure. She works out five times per week so what sort of things is she doing?
    Is she lifting weights doing cardio what? I think if she runs the Anavar with the clen she will drop the fat fast.

    Yea, I think you need to do some thorough research on her condition and its interaction w/ clenbuterol. It is still a prescription drug and should have warnings or interactions you can research.

    I would very honestly start by looking at the diet. When people say they "eat clean" but they don't like something about their bodies ... your body reflects your lifestyle - where your lifestyle is the sum total of what you give your body to run on (diet), energy demands you put on it (exercise) & quality of recovery (sleep, stress levels, etc.). Diet is usually the easiest place to start. Just like during a bodybuilding prep, its all about making small tweaks to produce the results you want. You gave a general description of her diet that looks "clean" but also looks pretty nutritionally insufficient in terms of enough protein, who knows about fats and whatever "low carb" carbs. IMO throwing clen on top of a diet that isn't already optimized isn't going to produce optimal results. Further I'm concerned about this heart thing.

    I would much rather start w/ a detailed layout of her mealplan for places we can make easy tweaks to. Note that running drugs isn't going to magically produce the results you envision and then you go off the cycle and it stays that way. Results that are produced by changes in the foundation (meal plan for example) are maintainable because the lifestyle supports it.

    She needs to do two things - first, tweak her diet. It needs work. Second, start increasing the poundages on her "light weight training." Push. Progress.

    No clen needed, and this is an extraordinarily bad idea for a person with heart trouble, anyway. Her blood pressure drops, and she gets pale when her cardio is too intense? Wow! I would get that looked at by a doctor, and there is no way in hell I would touch clen with an issue like that.

    Start increasing (progressing) on the weights, including movements women typically skip, like squats, and help her work on her diet. Report back on success.

    These types of questions always bring many types of answers, most of them are controversial and really do nothing to help the person who asked in the first place. You obviously feel like you need to introduce drugs to your wife, ask yourself, what is or isn't she doing now to get the changes you both are looking for? You said yourself, she won't keep a"diet" but only allows "a livable lifestyle change, a little at a time" right?

    How then do you expect her to drop these last lbs of fat with no more change to your diet/nutrition plan? I can tell you it won't happen without continued progressive change to what she eats and how she trains, period. If she isn't willing to change what she puts in her body and change how she trains it, nothing is going to change on the outside.

    Clen is far from a miracle drug and can be dangerous when misused or if someone has current health conditions that just won't support the use of it. furthermore, any thing you gain/change from using it will disappear once you stop using it because it was a temporary fix, not a baseline change in your lifestyle/nutrition/exercise regimen, does that make sense?

    I suggest you have her read about nutrition and how to make the changes she wants in her life without drugs, utilize your gym membership, do cardio, then do it some more, eat properly and continue eating properly, WO (stretch/contract) and get appropriate sleep, and rest assured you will reach your goals much easier than you think.

    The stereotype that most people beleive is not true, "bb'ers take drugs, that's why they look like they do" If that were true, there would be a lot more big/shredded BB'ers walking around these days.

    thanks for all the input guys. Her heart condition is not life threatening by any means, she just gets tired fast and has to train a little slower than most people can to get optimal goals. She dont drink much caffeine or energy drinks anymore, little sugar. She has become very good about not smashing the candy treats, or ice cream, things of that nature. We tend to eat the same foods. Mine is a bit more routine and strict than hers because i have spent years figuring out what my body likes and when. But i just didnt know enough about the femal body and how to help her effectively.

    We have tweaked her diet to have variations of fruit, and citrus fruit for snacks instead of sweets or gum. She thought by skipping meals and only eating salad would make her lose weight. We all know if you starve your body it goes into survival mode and it will take nutrients from the lean muscle before the fat storage. So i have got her to eat Oatmeal in the morning, granola/fruit bars as a snack, fruits as a snack, lunch she will take left over dinner stuff like chicken and Basami rice to work, then workout, a 20g protein drink after the gym, then dinner will be something as follows, Chicken and veggies w/salad (vinegrette dressing), Elk steak with veggies and or potatoes, Fish/Seafood and rice / veggies. Just basic meals that are healthy with a protein based diet and just tweak her portions. She has been doing better with the diet now that she is eating a bit more and excercizing. She didnt believe mne that she had to eat to lost weight. But she main avoids empty carbs, excess sugar, no pop ( rarely has any), ice cream avoided, and desserts are little to none.
    Her BP is affected by a nerve that runs thru her stomach and when it is pinched or aggrivated she gets pale. She either needs to puke or sleep for an hour and its gone.
    her seizures are 1 every couple years, they are only catatonic seizures, not epileptic. We had her checked by the doc and there is an imbalance with her hormones/nerve in stomach that can cause these. again not life threatening conditions just try to avoid the discomfort so she dont get discouraged from being healthy and active.
    Her cardio consists of treadmill jogging, row machine, elliptical bike, spin bike. 30 mins on these then i have her do lower body one day then upper body the next and Abs, obliques, reverse sit ups every day. She does squats in the rack, dumbell bench/incline, flys, pull ups, seated rows, leg extension/contractions, abductor, adductor, donkey kicks, bicep curls Ez bar and dumbells, Tricep extensions Ez bar/behind the head dumbell. leg raises, and other misc excercizes.
    i try to get her at circut training levels with the reps. repping the weight 15-20 times or failure then just enough time to get to another spot for next excersize and continue. Her workouts are 50-75 mins long. if there is anything else i can tweak with routine, reps, or diet please let me know. FYI she was the one asking for the clen not me, i said i would get input from others with more exposure to it.

    I really do like the stack of anavar with clen. I think this is going to be her best bet you should
    be able to get the stuff for pretty cheap too actually. I don't think its much at all really. Check
    it out online and see what the prices for this would be. Let me know what she decides to do.
