Stop touching them, that in itself can cause a lot of the sensitivity.

That's very interesting your having issues then,, especially with aro.. A blood test would tell you for sure whats out of whack...

But,,If there is no growth in the area, size/density of the tissue, I always get a little firming up of the tissue before the sensitivity... try and do two or three days without touching it to see if your the problem.. after you could hop on some aro to help with it., maybe run another 25/25/12.5/12.5

Same here. Only get sides like, sensitive nips, bacne, and love handles when i reduce my test ? Allways thought its just Estro rebound, and my body looking for homeostasis ? .5 A-dex eod seems to calm them down ?

Call me crazy but I went to see my doc with my labs. Nothing to worry for her everything is fine but I'll go pass a mamography to be 100% sure. Still Taking 20mg of nolva each day

Did you check your prolactin? I don't know much about dmz except that it can be harsh.
Pituitary and everything came back normal?
U can try using forma stanzol from mr supps. 5 pumps am and pm on your chest with a anti e, but if ur estrogen is in normal range I wouldn't worry about that.
The forma couldn't hurt at all tho.

All my lab results are perfectly fine, including my E2 who is completely in the good range level. I took all the precautions during the cycles I'm doing so I guess it explains the good results. I didn't check prolactin though.

My tits don't hurt anymore and they aspect are strictly the same than before my cycle. So everything is underground control. I just have a tiny ball smaller than a rice seed on under my right niple. It is really really small. It might have been there forever but a mamography will show if everything is normal or not. I'll let you know

I went to see my doc he sent me to pass a mammography. It reveals that I have a bilateral gynecomastia. Nothing bad at all, but still Gynecomastia. As I said, my tits don't hurt anymore and their aspect are still strictly the same than before my cycle. I'm taking Zymoplex since almost two weeks at 20mg. So everything is under control. I just have tiny balls smaller than a rice seed under the halo of my right and left niple. It is really really small.

So this is official first gyno. The specialist told be not too worry and It will go away by itself.... not really agree with that this is why I'll go back to see my doc. He'll probably prescribe me some nova. lol!!!

if you keep touching and stimulating them i think it makes it worse . check once a day if you NEED to and just leave them alone the rest of the time
