Hi guys, i'll post some pics with the omnadren i brought 3 week ago, my question is are they fake or real, because it's been 2 week since i'm injecting 750 mg/week and i don't gain any mass, but i sweat alot at night, and my sex drive is higher. my diet is pretty decent i eat 200-250 g protein/day i kepp the carbs moderate, fats .i'll post some pic so you can tell.sory for bad english.Thanks.![]()

Yes my sex drive has increased, and i have night swats, but i didn't notice weight gain, my squats have improved a bit, today was leg day and i did 10 reps with 130 kg, a month ago i was doing like 4-5 reps max with this weight.

i don't know why but i can"t post pics(i use sustanon 250 i know it's not fake because i have tested the ampules in a laboratory). i don't count mu kcals i just count the grams of protein my diet it's prety simple:
meal1: 4 Egg whites, 2 whole egg
meal2: 1 protein shake and Meat(with pois)
meal3: 1protein shake and Meat(with rice)
meal4: peanut butter or musli with yougurt
meal5: vegetables( quinoa, haricots...this got good amont of protein too)
this is pretty much it. in weekend i have a cheat day when i eat a lot of sweets)

bro i don't know what you are talking about, i eat meat 2 times a day and in very large pieces..i have enough grams of protein( like 300grams now)...i think i'm just a hard gainer or i have a high metabolism.


are you using a AI??..so arimidex,aromasin or letro???

Omnagren is great if you get real omnas. Your food intake is suffering badly. Its not all about protein. Yes its the building blocks for muscle but you need calories to fuel the muscle to grow. You needs good crabs and fats. Drop a shake and eat more whole foods.

i don't use Ai, because i don't seem to need it, i brought arimidex and i did take it: 1 pill eod for the first 2weeks, and for no reason at all i stop using it, and i didn't get any gyno, when i will feel any signs of gyno i will use it but i don't think it will be the case because i am not predisposed, the same with acnee, i didn't get any acnee. I think i will stop this cycle and wait like 3-4 months and when winter comes i will use trenbolon enanthat and test propyonate(and i wil make long cycle like5-6 months)...i hear a lot of people having bad result with omna...i don't know it's like god himself does not want me too be big..![]()
I would guess you eat 2500 calories or less, you eat like a little girl. you will not grow off what you wrote as a nutrition plan, not ever. Keep reading, and start eating real food a lot of it!
4cals per gram of protein, eat 200+ a day
4 cals per gram of carbs, eat 500+ grams per day. Also eat 2 servings of almonds 3oz each every day
this will get you started on the right track, adjust from there
