I would take it during & after. TUDCA & NAC.

I would also take it during and after. If its nothing super heavy in terms of dosage or length your liver will bounce back. I would be more worried about lipids and blood pressure. So basically you probably will be fine without a liver protectant, but why not spend a few extra bucks and be on the safe side. Liv-52, milk thistle, and the 2 mentioned above. Anyone would be a good choice.

just impatient I wanna start it now and milk thistle tomorrow I was just wondering when to run it cause I heard people say it cancels a lot of it out.

Liv52DS is very effective, and costs very little, amazon is where I buy it.

I've read from some people on websites say taking liver protectants downgrades the effectiveness of orals as well. I don't believe it myself and never saw a real study (maybe someone has one to post) I think its all bro-science, and even if it is true I would rather have a healthy liver and take an oral at 90% effectiveness than a fucked up liver and risk my health.
