when im on an oral, i run 1000mg 4x a day. and if it interferes with my orals then i would rather have that than liver failure IMHO

Yes, when using orals, I use 4:1 concentrated extract milk thistle at 1gram/day and haven't had an issue yet.

I take 300mg milk thistle extract 3 x daily for total of 900mgs daily. I also take 3 liv-52 DS pills daily, may drop down to 2 daily. And I don't take orals either.

I always take three Liv pills per day that works best for me and when it comes to the thistle you can take
it up to 1000mg per day multiple times per day thats the best way to do it really. You will get the best results
from that for sure. I think that you should stack the two together for the best results and protection.
