While I appreciate your desire to do things correctly, the truth is that beginners often move from a point of reasonable concern, to unreasonable worry. This is largely ignorance based. You will learn as you go, but you can be rest assured that you aren't going to "screw anything up", as you say. Even if you took nothing but the DMZ, you would be fine. Sure, it is better to take perfect care of your body...but the point is that you are not going to suffer some type of irrepairable harm just because you forgot to add supp #6.
So, just enjoy yourself...eat big, train hard, sleep well...and watch yourself blow up.
