    First dmz cycle

    Not sure if this is the right forum


    Im gonna be doing my first cycle soon an im just lookin for some info, ill be running the super dmz

    now ill be using superdmz , male rx and im thinkin n2guard for support is there anything im missing? also what sort of weeks will i needa take these for?

    be ready for back pump around week 2, if you dont have adequate water intake. take 1 cap when you wake up and 1 cap pre workout. if you work out in the morning then take 1 cap pre workout then 1 cap around 4-5pm. and with how many caps you get in a bottle you're looking at a 4 week cycle. and i only took liver sups when i ran it. So i think your g2g

    I ran Super DMZ v1 and enjoyed it. You can run it for 4-6 weeks. You'll need a solid PCT protocol, Such as a SERM.

    AND you might be better off using the support supps such as Male RX post cycle. Thats when you'll notice libido issues.

    I'm not big on support supps but NAC 1000mg ed would be beneficial. So would milk thistle. BUT its not absolutely needed. Most noobs want to be super safe and buy every support supp on the market. Truth is, oral toxicty is highly overrated. Just avoid alcohol as much as possible and avoid NSAIDS such as tylenol.

    Is the dmz safe for a first cycle or should try something else first?

    one last thing i need before i start it which would be a great help
    if you could set out a quick plan on when to take what tablets dmz for 4 weeks, male rx when an so on please would be grateful just dont wanna do it wrong and screw anything up

    While I appreciate your desire to do things correctly, the truth is that beginners often move from a point of reasonable concern, to unreasonable worry. This is largely ignorance based. You will learn as you go, but you can be rest assured that you aren't going to "screw anything up", as you say. Even if you took nothing but the DMZ, you would be fine. Sure, it is better to take perfect care of your body...but the point is that you are not going to suffer some type of irrepairable harm just because you forgot to add supp #6.

    So, just enjoy yourself...eat big, train hard, sleep well...and watch yourself blow up.

    Cheers mate, its just those people that blow things outta the waters and makes everything sound so bad which freaks alot of people out, me included
