Only store in refrigerator and use bac water only to construct it, distilled water is only good for one time use.
Subq injections
Dose depends on what you want to do. I would start with 2iu for you mon-fri and 1iu for her mon-fri. I may be wrong with her never dosed a female for HGH may want to do more research. If you just want fat burning 2iu is fine if you want to build solid mass go to 6iu mon thurs fri then every month bump it up 1iu until you reach 10ius three times a week. That is a good amount for mass building
donts: buy from a shaddy sponsor, go for cheapest deal
do: stick to hyge, riptropin, blacktop(elitropin), Kefei, or Serostim.

I think that you doing 2-3 ius per day is a good starting point for sure and then you
can go up from there bro. If you are trying to pack on some serious mass then 5-6 are good
