    ED pinning has put a nice knot in my glute

    Ouch!!! I have a good size knot on my left glute (ass cheek). Guess I'll have to wait this one out. How long till the knot goes away you think? When I pin I have a foam roller I use to massage it in. Well it seems to have made it worse this time lol. I switch my glutes everyday when I pin. Maybe its time to move to a new location? Im running tren-A and prop loaded into one syringe 75mg/50mg Tren/Prop. 25g 1.5" needle. Curious to when I pin in my quad. I should put about 1" of the needle into my quad right? That 1.5" seems to long to stick into my leg lol.

    Well with some further research I never knew you weren't suppose to massage the area. I always rubbed in my shots to spread the oil. Used the foam roller to do that for the first and last time. Guess that was a nono and this is what happens. FFFUUUUUUU!!!!

    If you are doing everyday pinning you should expand to different pin locations. Try delts lats and quads for starters.

    The needles I have are to long for delts I would thing. I bought a shit ton of them thinking I could handle the ED pinning in just glutes. I was wrong. I will move to diff spots.

    I shoot everyday. i have three spots on both quad. Two spots both ass cheeks. One spot on each delt. Two spots on each lat. chest occasionally too.
    I really like the short esters better. I seem to respond better to them. I have been doing this for years.
    My point is that if your banging a shot everyday. It's time to expand your locations and needle inventory.
    I use a 23 1.5 for legs, glutes. A 25 1 inch for delts and a 23 1 inch for lats. The length of the needle really depends on the size of the muscle. So the bigger you get the longer the needle needs to be. You would be surprised on how deep your muscles are even if your not a monster:

    I pin ED glutes left right quads left right repeat. I use 25g 1" for both works just fine for me. No need to go larger than that if your patient. I even use 27g 1.5" some times but I don't go fully in with the 1.5"

    Out of the 3 cycles I have done. This is my 4th cycle and first tren. As well as my first knot ever. Def a different feeling. Looks like something is growing in my ass haha. Ill take your advice and move places. I like the quad cause of the 3 places you can pin on the outer side of the leg.

    I am just starting to slin pin every thing. My legs are lean enough right now that I am having no issues, havent pinned my chest yet, I want to but im a bitch. But mostly 25g inch is my go to stick.

    Gotta move around.
    Even when I was doing EOD shots I was moving from glutes, to quads, to pecs, to delts, to lats, even to traps.......none of them were bad at all. Traps sucked the first time bc getting the right angle is odd shooting straight down, but after that, nice and smooth. Actually like doing lats after getting used to it....

    Usually use a 1" in delts and quads and 1.5' in glutes for ed or eod pins. with a 23 gauge

    Take 800mg of motrin and find other spots to pin....

    Yes. Less likely to build up scar tissue as quick if at all. When I first started all I did was quads because of how easy it was. I started running into problems with being able to push the oil in and the needle started feeling weird to. Almost like it was dull

    Well I watched the pinning sticky at the top of this forum. Dude says not to massage in. I figured the foam roller was the best thing to do. Spread it nice and thoroughly.

    I did my quad last night after i finished my workout with legs. Little bruised. Nothing to bad though. Went better than I thought it would. Put in with a little of the needle showing. I also took a hot hot shower last night and massaged out my knot. Early this morning it has reduced a good bit and feels a lot better.

    Scratch that. Quad feels like I was hit by a 98mph fast ball. Is it the tren that is giving the pain or prop? I am running GP-Tren and GenShi-Prop

    I hate to say it brotha but virgin muscles are gonna hurt at first. You're gonna have to suck it up, it'll get better. Some guys have problems with quads, try delts.

    I can get through it no problems. I just needed to give me glutes a rest since that last knot. I work in an office so when I have been getting up. I have to do it slow. People are prob thinking "wtf is wrong with him lol". Give me a damn cane!

    Pinning every day you need to have at least six different spots to pin. If not you will have a lot of scar tissue. For legs 1.5 inch all the way in. Its a big muscle. Prop will make you knot up anyway or at least it does from my experience. Good luck.

    The good thing about pinning in your glutes is that the first time it hurts then the pain just goes away
    you can really handle it after the first time you won't feel a thing. I was pinning sustanol and taking
    winnie oral caps and I was pinning everyday and I was fine after the first time using. Give it another try
