anavar cycle for females

Hey everyone!!

Been on here many times gathering info and its the first time I'm posting. Got a question.... I have a female friend who needs to hear an evaluation of her supplementation protocol. Here is what she is has currently started using;

armour 15 mcg 2x day
oxandrolone 5mg 2x day
adrenotone for adrenal support containing Ashwaghanda and Rhodiola100 mg each

She is considering adding dhea but is unsure of whether it would be a duplication or if it would negatively effect any of the others.

Is this her first cycle ever??

Have her get her freet3 tested

I would have her double check that var dose immediately too.

My mistake on the dose. Its 2.5 x2 per day anavar. And it is her first cycle ever. She has been tested and is low to low normal t3.

5mg is very low for anyone!

Low to low normal early means LOW in real terms. She will want a doc that will Give her enough ty to read in the top 2/3-3/4 of the lab range.

20mg ED is my minimum recommended anavar dose. She should double to town a day now go to 15 a day in a week and then 20 a day a week after that.

Can she even tell anything la happening in that dose? I am genuinely curious.

She just started a few days ago. I explained, due to years of experience, similar to what you said, Agentyes. But she wants to start real slow. I will forward your post to her.

She should do what she is comfortable with. I Just hate to see girls miss a great experience due to lack of hood experienced correct information. 5mg ED isn't starting slow its basically not starting at all :(

Good advise on wanting to be top half or better with T-3 Mrs Yes . It's the only number that really counts IMHO.

Totally agree Agent Yes.

Ya she needs to up the VAR. I deal with women frequently that compete. Your just losing time running a dose of 5mg or 10mg.

She just need to be careful to get real Anavar and not fake anavar with dianabol inside tabs!!!!

BTW For once I am sure it's real as it is pharmaceutical. LOL

there is plenty of good var around for very nice prices -

alright. Two weeks into her first this is where she is at: Anavar 5 mg per day 2.5 in am and 2.5 in pm/ armour 15 mcg am and 15 mcg pm/

She complained of headaches and cut back the armour from 60 to 30 mcg and they went away. She was doing progesterone cream (1/2 teaspoon) nightly but started to feel bloated and felt as if she was gaining size in hips/thighs. She ceased the cream a few days ago and says she noticed a difference. Noticeable strength gains and so far she felt no noticeable fat decrease. Visually I noticed and took her BF% which showed a decrease all the way around of a couple % points in each area measured.

Her blood work in the past revealed a higher than normal estrogen level. We knoe this can contribute to Body Fat gain. Is an anti-estrogen/ anti-aromatase recommended. I would think, yes. But anyone's input would be appreciated.
