I would say, no. But people seem to say that suspension/prop doesn't make them hold water like enan/cyp, but I wouldn't say its because of the oil (prop is oil suspended). So maybe its tied to ester length, or maybe not at all. This is why alot of people look to Letro/Nolva/Arimidex to keep water off during cycle.

Many people seem to rather chug the winny, dont know of oil based stuff.

good to know. I was asking for a friend who is cutting using 250mg enan, 50mg ed winny (oilbased ) and 75 mg eod fina. he is doing high intensity training and a good diet but wants to keep his muscles without getting bigger. so he decided 250 mg ena a week was good enough for him.
