I have a little bit of gynecomastia that won't go away even after running nolva for a few months and blasting letro for weeks. There are only a few surgeons who deal with this stuff in my city and the one that sounds the most promising offers this as the removal procedure:
Under a general anaesthetic power liposuction is first used to remove as much of the fatty or excessive breast tissue as possible. Then depending on whether extra skin has to be removed or not, an incision is made to allow direct excision of the remainder of the extra tissue that is impossible to be removed by liposuction. Usually the incision is just in the lower half of the areola (dark skin around nipple) but if there is a large amount of extra skin, larger incisions may be needed.
Does that sound like a good method to permanently remove it? It's going to cost 5-6k out of my pocket to get done plus whatever else the government covers. I'm just starting to look into this now but wanted to see what your guys experience with this was like and what you recommend.
I had it done twice, doc missed a bit on the right side. redid it for free. They wont really be able to suck out any of the gyno tissue with lypo, its way to think. They'll basically just have to cut you open and start hacking chunks of it out. I was awake the second time. And the doctor should NOT remove the gland itself, it can actually kill your nipple and it will fall/rot off. That being said it was 5g total, wont be covered at all by insurance, and was worth every penny. I've had it since puberty too. shit sucks man.
Everything I say is for entertainment purposes only and not to be taken seriously.
^^^ same with my I had it at 16 years old and my nipples hurt like hell. I had some good size lumps and then it got worse with drol. However my contest prep was so aggressive with AI that I have no had an issue since i made my cut for my prep. Zero lumps and pain for a year.
