Tren, sleeping, and growing with the help of clonopin??
I was talking to my doc the other day, I we came across a very interesting subject. We all know that the human body grows at night in our sleep, and on days that we are off training, recovering from previous hard core training days. Right?
My doc just happens to be my old roommate from collage. He knows all there is about me and we don't keep secrets from each other. He's a pretty big guy for a doctor, you would never think he's an MD...but he uses just like the rest of us. So we got to talking about rest, and how the body grows all the more rest we get. Now, I asked him....does he mean sleep, or rest/relaxing? He said BOTH. So I told him to hold on a second because I wanted to clear something up with him. I asked him if my body will grow more if I rest and relax before I go to sleep. He said most definitely! He told me that after he went to some doctors convention about urology, and they discovered that if the body relaxes itself before it goes to sleep, more growth is induced. Well, he's my doctor and this was something he recently learned at a doctor's convention. So I wasn't about to second guess him.
He trains at night, and told me that after he trains, he drops something to help him relax, puts on some of his favorite and most relaxing music, lights up some candles, maybe put the TV on, and just mellows out for a few hours. He gets into his comfy clothes, lights up his favorite cigar, rarely uses a little green, and just puts his body in "relaxation mode". He also told me after really hard work out days, he drops a benzo of some sort. He's used xanax, valium, clonopin, etc. Anything to help him relax even more.
He told me he was doing this for 3 months, hasn't changed up anything in his workout, diet, or anything else. He put on a good 6 lbs. of LBM by simply relaxing after his workouts, before he goes straight to sleep. So to sum things up, he claims his body grows more when he drops a benzo to relax and to "chill out" before he falls asleep. I didn't buy it. The conversation came up when I asked him if he changed up his protocol in anyway....as I know his just as well as he knows mine. He said no.
So, I decided to give it a shot and see if I could land some similar results. He told me the best benzo to use would be clonazapam, the wafer version....not the tablets. So, for 2 months....after every one of my PM work outs, instead of just taking a shower, eating, and going to bed...I did the similar thing my doctor did. I dropped some clonazapam and put myself in what I call, "super relaxation mode". After dropping the clonazapam and smoking a bowl of nice silver haze, I would dim the lights and watch a movie with my dog....making sure I didn't fall asleep. Doc told me to make sure not to fall asleep for at least 3 hours. After 3 hrs. would pass, I would knock out and sleep like a baby.
Low and behold, in two months.....I managed to put on 3 lbs. of LBM. I couldn't believe it. When guys hit a certain point in their lives, we know exactly how much we weigh, before and after we use the rest room. The doc was right!! So I decided to use 2mg of clonazapam 3 hours before it was time for me to hit the sack. I used clonazapam in the past when I had trouble sleeping on high tren doses. Out of all the benzos out there, clonazapam is the least addictive. It is a benzo and you should be careful, but I was really in shock to learn that using a benzo to relax after a hard work out can actually help your body grow!!
For those of you with benzos on hand, give it a shot. You won't see anything for a couple of weeks....maybe even a month. But I'm a firm believer that this shit not only helps you with trensomnia, but it also helps you grow a lot more during your sleep. My doc insisted to use clonopin because it will give the body a good 8 hours of sleep. He told me to use the ODT kind because it works real fast and you don't have to wait 40 minutes for it to kick in like a traditional clonopin tablet.
I wanted to make sure I was not just imagining this, so I grabbed a friend of mine at the gym that mentioned he was having trouble sleeping because of his high dose of tren. I walked him through the process of what to do (mentioned nothing about the doctor) and I hooked him up with a one month supply of clonopin and he ended up putting on 6 more pounds than what he was expecting. He is not a noob, and he was astonished by the results.
So to sum up my little story here, putting your body in "relaxation mode" before you hit the sack actually helps the body grow. My doc has said it, it worked for me, and it worked on my guinea pig friend at my gym. I don't plan to use clonazapam ODT 2mg every day for the rest of my life....just when I'm blasting a cycle and want to make sure I get a good night's rest, and grow while doing so!! If my doc would ever join this board like I have been begging him for years, I would thank him for the knowledge he has always passed down to me. Thanks so much for the help doc. Going to need a good supply of 2mg clon wafers!!! YUMMY! (stuff actually tastes like sugar or some sort of candy). I really do love the stuff...just got to be careful not to overdo itl Don't drink on this stuff....or for any other cycle for that matter.
