First cycle ?

I know this is a basic ? but I am new at this, so please bare with me. If an individual that has never used steriods before did a cycle of Deca(200mg) and Sust(250mg) how much gains could they expect. Oh yeah lets say the person was 6'0, 218. 10%bf

If you eat and train right, 20-25 pounds, I'd go with more sust though, and drop the deca 2 weeks out from the test, 10 weeks total cycle. Moreover, I'd drop the sust and get a single ester test anyway, enan or cyp.
