Question Spottin' Winny

Just started Winny (w/ EQ & Test) & after checking-out SPOTINJ..COM, decided to spot my bicep. Any ideas if I should use 1/2 in lft. & 1/2 in rt. bicep or just wait till next shot for other arm? And WOW are u sore for a few days after!!
Any opinions on spottin' in traps?

If your going to be injecting it ED or EOD why in the world would you spread it out? Save your sites for another day, rotate.

Thats what I figured Mudge but Win is the 1 thing I have never tried also, I have never spotted in the arms.
My intent with the SI is to blast my bi's receptors, hard! I didn't think splitting was a good idea but I am training arms inbetween inj's & don't want uneven growth (also switching from bi 2 bi puts alot of down time on arm training since this Winny gives a 2 day burn) -Time 2 work thru the burn....I guess!!

It also means swapping needles, since you really should not re-use a needle twice. At minimum it will be dull and cause more scar tissue. I assume you are using 25g for biceps? I hope it works for you, some people really never do well with biceps at all, triceps and delts is another story I dont think alot of people hit the traps, certainly plenty of meat there but I dont know what the nerve site is like.

Yes, swapping every inj. & using 25's 5/8's.
Tris might be next...I think these bi jabs suck.
Any input on spottin' traps?

Good luck is my input I have no knowlege of the nerve profiles there, I'm going to assume it should not be that bad but for whatever reason it is not that common of a site to hit. Remember too when you hit a site, like the delt, you can move it around in the future slightly the next time you hit it. Just keep in mind that you will be learning where your own veins are and such.

So hitting different spots on the same muscle, will help avoid scar tissue buildup, but it is not a substitute for rotation, since you dont want large amounts of buildup (water based like winny not as big a deal but, better safe than sorry).
