    Question Beginner!!! Please Help

    Hey Guys

I have been in the gym for a couple years now and now thinking about using steroids.

I wanted to know if i was to use steroids for about a month, would i keep the muscle if i stopped using steroids but still kept working out.

I was thinking of just going on them for 2-3 weeks and then have a break then going on them for another copule weeks.

    Is that a good idea???

    thanks alot

What kind are you thinking about doing? Whatever you chose, a few weeks are not going to be enough. The only drugs you will see results in that time frame would be the oral drugs like d-bol or A50. And with these particular drugs you are likely to lose the largest percentage of what you gained since most of it will be water weight.

I would say research things more and start considering what your goals are. That may help you come to some decisions.

Well im not really sure what kind of steroid i want specifically as i dont know all that much about them but i do wan an oral one.
I want a steroid that can get me a little bit bigger in 1-2 months and when i stop using it i still want to keep my muscle.
Could anybody suggest any steroids that can do this, id prefer oral steroids.

Nope, 4 weeks is long enough for an oral but orals are good for water retention and kick starting a cycle.

Your ready to attack the liver but you dont care for needles huh? If your going to break the law you may as well have something to show for it.

lol i think its just to much effort coz i dont want to be like a hardcore steroid user i only wanna do it for a couple of months.
But of course if you say dats not long enough for an oral to be able to keep the muscle later on then i would off course go on them for longer. My main reason that i dont want to go on them for long is because i dont wanna damage my body to much and i also dont want my dad to find out. (hed kick my ass lol)
So is there a steroids that can do this for me or what, or will it just all go away if i stop using them?

    Thanks alot for your replies

You're looking for a quick fix and there are none. Orals are too hard on the liver and only give water gains. Injectables are better, but unless you stay on them, eventually you will loose that muscle. Better bet would be to really crack down on your diet and eat more clean protein. With enough rest and the right training program, you will grow.

Sorry but this whole "I dont care about my liver or kidneys but daaaaaaamn those needles!" seems assinine, go for the gold or just stick to something else.

Either way as DG said diet and training are still the basis for a physique no matter what your supplementing with.

That sucks boys. I just want to get a good ten pounds on and keep it through maintenance lifting. Surely there is something that works. Ad-1? Stuff like that?

I agree with the fella's. Sikunt, If you want half ass it, your gonna waste time , money, and same of your liver to boot. Go hard or go home!!! But they are right in the fact of a major part is diet and excersise. I hate to hear it all the time too, but it;s the fact;s brother. Good luck with whatever you decide.

but say your diet is good, exercise is good, but you are struggling to make gains and you still ain't happy with your phisyic (i know i spelled that wrong)

surely there is something that you can take and get benefits from without having to keep on taking it for years and years

its hard to get knowledge on what products will work best (and i don't really wanna be testing every steroid on the market to find out)

OK i think i get the point now lol
Why are injectables better than oral steroids anyway and why do orals damage your liver more?

Because anything you put in your mouth, goes through your liver...twice. Just because someone uses the needle does not make them more hardcore than an oral user...just more educated. Injectables have longer half lives(do a search...not up to explaining that one), stay in the system much longer. That does not necessarily mean they have more negative side effects either. But defitiely more benefits. There are some injectables that you may be able to keep a higher % age of your gains though. I'm not a believer that you lose everything you gain from AS.

You can gain the 10lbs using the very same method as you would use to maintain the 10 lbs in the first place...EAT! TRAIN! SLEEP! Drugs are not needed for ten measly pounds

Agreed 100%, you have no business on drugs bro, keep it natural and you will see that 10 lbs easy. Spend that money on food and eat alot, its that easy.

So if injectables stay in your system longer does that mean you have to take them less or... for eg (take it ones a week but do 3 workouts) if u know what i mean.
where do you normally inject anyway?

You inject wherever you want intramuscularly, but you would be advised to use a spot that has a relatively low density of nerve endings. www.spotinjections.com

You take injectables for longer, orals are ONLY there to kick start a "real cycle," this is usually because people use longer acting esters because they only want to inject once a week. Say testosterone enanthate or cypionate, you can inject twice a week for steadier blood levels but for these two once a week is fine, same with Deca (not durabolin itself).

Most injectable cycles are 8-12 weeks, 8 is about perfect if you front load or just buy amps, amps are usually more expensive so vials are more often IMO the way to go and easier to deal with. You have a rubber stopper on top of the vial instead of having to break a glass jar so to speak.

But if all you want is 10 pounds then you can eat that in a week or two, 10 pounds on me is about 1/2"-3/4" on my arms, not hardly a damn thing.

your going to get on drugs to lose fat, is that your main purpose? if it is I ould advise against that, losing fat is the easiest thing in the world to do, despite what most women think, ha. Much easier than adding muscle, you don't need drugs for that.

yeah man, I'm rather lean but not as lean as I wanna be, I want to get my BF from 12.5% to .5% (lol, in other words as low as I can get it over the next few months), just gonna lower my portion sizes, try this IIT (intense interval training or whatever it is) on the days inbetween my weights and a bit of CV after my weights too, gradually increasing it and building up time/intensity till its gone

no droids needed for that (i hope! we'll soon find out)

just up your CV duke and watch ya diet, prob ain't gonna put on as much muscle but fuck i'm in a muscle building plateu atm so i don't care bout that
