Jesus Christ Im Gettin Fat!!
Man.. went from 210 to 235.. in like a month... Been getting stronger than hell... but gettin a little of a gut... Well not a little gut... a big big gut... Im NOT going to do any aerobics.. or run.. Because im on d-bol... and d-bol is NOT good for cell respiration... So what should i do guys?? cut out the fat almost totally?? And just eat 4,000 calories and 400 grams of protein... and the carbs.... but i will also get fat on that also.. well i dont know.. Just get fat and lose it at the end of the cycle?? STILL GOT 8 WEEKS!! of 450mg's deca... 600mg's sust.... D-bol is over in a week... Any thoughts?

You can either live with the fat or not, its up to you. I dont put on that much fat bulking but I hold water like a mother which is a risk for your blood pressure, which you can blame on dbol and test.
If you dont keep raising your calories you probably wont get any fatter. |

Yeh could be.... but i bubmped my d-bol down to 2 a day... till i run out.. if i already have enough body fat... do i still need that many calories... thats one thing i still cannot understand that well.

If you expect to continue gaining muscle then you will lose some of that bodyfat, some of that is going to be water though.
I dont know what your diet is like but I dont eat like that much of a pig, I scale my calories up or down I dont do it all at once. I maintain around 2200-2300 calories, 100g carbs or usually less per day, so going to 4000 calories at least for me is insane, I would get very fat very fast. This is ideally though why you want to start your cycle @ low bodyfat, for that and estrogen issues. Regardless I dont believe in see-food bulking but that is because of my bodytype. |

d-bol always seem to give me a gut and butt. lol I lose some of it as I come off the d-bol. The sudden jump in your calories may have ALOT to do with this.

So... You think i will still get the SAME gains with 2500 calories and 300-400 G's of Protein... compared to 3500-4000 calories and 300-400g;s of protein

You wont gain the same weight, and I have no idea if 2500 calories is even enough for you to maintain that weight, for me it is not. So if I was 235 and went to 2500 I'd lose weight, not gain.

What was your calorie intake BEFORE the cycle? When I add an extra 1000cals when I start a cycle, I get fat very quickly. I have better luck when I gradually increase my calories.

You can even gain muscle on a caloric deficit if you are carefull, but the gear works best on high calories.
What was your maintenance previously? Or simply try cutting 750-1000 calories and see how it goes. |

well to tell u the truth i have no idea EXACTLY what my calorie intake is... im guessing about 3,000 because i just eat constantly... but i do try to get ATLEAST 350g's of Protein a day...

i just did quit D-bol... yesterday... Sust kicks in quickly rite?? well some of it does rite... i think i heard that there is a couple fast acting substances in there..... But probably by 5th week see REAL good results
