Pec/Chest Problem
I noticed that my left pec is a little bit bigger then my right. I have been trying to balance it out but its not working out right. If I just train on my right pec it will get stronger then my left and my bench press will get affected. What should I do to make my right pec the same size as my left but keep them an even strength ?????

chest problems
michael_johns6,
have a look at the following thread: http://www.elitefitness.com/ubb/Foru...01/001125.html Maybe u will find the answer to your problem there. I started bodybuilding one year ago. I gained about 10 kg (sorry for kg but i am from europe) but my left-inner-lower pec is missing at all. that makes me looking very strange, of course. i switched from flye machine to dumbell flyes but it doesn't help. there is still a flat area in my lower-inner part of the left pec. now i am 33. i was also doing some fitness when i was 18. i still have a picture of my chest from that time and i can see it was normally, symetric developed. what should i do now ? can smb help me ? proteon |

10kg is 22 pounds, pretty easy conversion.
