He believes he will be charged soon, hence the "busted."

Especially for west coasters, San Fran has a reputation for finding everything. Saving a penny is great, but if you dont get your stuff and eyes fall on you, not worth it!

Yep. I had to have 500 amps of sust diverted through the east coast one time and I was a nervous wreck. The price was unbeatable, but not worth the paranoia and crap.
