Heating pad on injection site?
Would that be a legit thing after a shot... because i was trying that and it almost felt like my leg got inflamed more

You can do that if you feel like it, I dont bother. I used to put my pin in a plastic baggy, and heat up some coffee temp water, and let it sit for a few minutes. Honestly though I dont have any problems with irritation with the current selection of injectables.
Or simply shower after, I like to shower at least twice a day anyway. |
