Excuses excuses, You know how many people say that shit while not even knowing what it reallty takes to gain weight. You are 18 for gods sake. The only people taht are hella big at that age are the genetically GIFTED kids! The key to gaining weight is patience and being in it for the long haul. With BB you can't expect instant gratification. How long have you been training anyways, and I mean consistently, not halfassing it??
Let me tell you the first thing I would change if I were you, you must have a positive attitude to make gains. By telling yourself that you are done growing and that you are a hardgainer, you are setting yourself up for failure, you are giving yourself an excuse to not make strides. BB is much more of aocognitive sport than anything else and you must master that aspect of it to go forward physically. I have linked you 2 articles dealing with the mental aspect that I think could benefit you, you should read them. see if they help at all.
been going for two years the first year was half assed i can tell you that. Its not like i havent made any gains.... im totally ripped.... but any more ripped and im gonna start to look like my skin is muscle.... i just want to build mass and i heard d-bol was great for that but i think im gonna hold off on it
you know what is even better for building mass, food. I guarantee you that if you start eating every 2 hrs, get in 300 grms of protien and 6kcals you will gain weight. You have to be just as dedicated to teh eating as you are the weights, in fact even more so! no two ways about it. nyone who says that they "can't gain weight, I have tried everything" I guarantee they aren't as dedicated to their diet sa they could/should be.
how do i do that when im at school 8 hours per day and sometimes i got class 6 hours straight.... i cant eat quality food really. unless you got secret dieting techniques
protien powder and MRP's, munch on food between classes, I know it is hard with school but instead of spending money on Dbol, buy a good MRP that you can throw down in between class. steriods aren't going to work anyways if you don't eat.

I am a 25 year old amature bodybuilder that's been working out for 7 years now. GR81 is totaly right in his rants here man, at 18 you are in your pinacle of natural test production right now you should be hitting it hard and CORRECT. Read books, ask people, there's nothing bodybuilders like better than to talk about themselves but I can gauranty you that most of them will NOT talk to you first. I STARTED at your age and granted I had a genetic pre-disposition to a slightly bulky frame. I was 18, 5'7" and about 150 pounds-sound familier?
I'm now 25, 5'10" and 205 pounds, and I got there naturally!! Now I'm not saying that I'v never taken anything but I will tell you that I didn't take ANYTHING untill AFTER my 25 birthday, if you'll take anything it should be around that time because the bodies natural test production gradually slows down from there on. I'm not ripped by any means but I have a great mass potential and a good frame to work with if I intend on taking anything hardcore. If you researched more into your bodybuilding you would know how much genetics play such an impotant role in bodybuiling.
You should be eating everything in site and I mean EVERYTHING but don't overdue the cheat foods just to mass up. Keep your eating slightly in check, do whatever it takes to keep weight on but don't over do the fat and sugars. I myself am hypoglycemic so the extra sugars and carbo's don't harm me that much. You can retain extra wieght as long as you make sure to control your eating habits in conjunction with your training schedual so that your metabolism will keep up with the diet. And GR81 is right about the MRP'S, take things like weight gainers, MET-Rx. bars whatever it takes to pack on mass and I gauranty you within 6 to 8 monthes time your body will adjust and you will see results in less time than that.
And by the way if you think that you don't have the time to eat inbetween school and work-I go to school for 30 hours a week and work for another 20-free time is a BITCH to acheive, BUT if you realy want it you can have the time to train, go to school AND work. Don't cheat yourself on your dreams man, it's only AFTER you know truley what EVERYTHING can offer you that the options that looked so pleasing before-are just what they were to begin with -An Option-

Sorry dude but you are obviously quite ignorant. Lard is not going to be fabulous for your cholesterol, and you know why steroids can become bad for your heart? LDL levels of cholesterol while cycling, mostly a problem with lifetime users who dont take breaks, yet still there are ways to balance your cholesterol.
I'm just going to be plain honest and say your an idiot, you need to read up some.
HDL goes down and LDL goes up, HDL helps keep LDL levels in check. Blood tests have shown people on cycles who still have no problems maintaining an acceptable HDL/LDL balance.
