IMO there is no such thing as spot reducing fat. We burn fat in a certain order and teh abs is usually first with arms and legs coming later on. Ther are things like PFG2 which kills all the loclized fat cells but thta is a dangerous drugs and I don't reccommend it. Otherwise why do you need to lose fat in the abs so badly anyways. that sounds like more of an aesthetic thing as aopposed to a practical concern for your fighting training.

Well is there any usages for L-Carnitine since I've a huge bottle of the stuff, and Yeah GR81 I'm just wanting to look really sweet for TV, stickly a vainity type thing .Just keeping it real . I've also got a bottle of ATP is there anything that I can use it for. Iwas told it would help a little in muscle fatigue and maybe shorten recovery time.Any truth to that?
