I am thinking about ordering some synthyroid to help with my weightloss. Now I know that I could just diet for an extra couple of months, but i dont want to and Im not going to. So what dosage would people recommend

I was thinking about starting at 10 mcg and adding another ten every three days until I reached 70 or 80 then tappering down the same way, giveing my self equal time off and then repeating

Sounds fine. I have used T3 but never T4, T4 is roughly 1/4th as effective as T3 for your info.
