No PH's man. First off, if you aren't lifting too serious, PH's aren't going to do you shit -- because I take it your diet is horrible. Just check out the Sticky at the top of the forum about Bulking.. Goodluck man..

I wouldn't even think about taking anything until you've been lifting for years, are completely serious about it, and have your dieting down to a science.

Bro jump to the training section and diet section...once you get those straight and you have at least 2-3 years of hard training under your belt...all of this should happen before you should even consider steroids.

Every guy I know dosent use gear to be lazier or because they are small...they use it because they are working themselves to the limit and are huge.

I can tell you first hand anyway it wont make up for a shyt diet. Learn what you are doing in the kitchen and in the gym first, otherwise you will shut down your hormones for almost no reason at all.

Then start studying the science of self medication, of you choose to do so of your own accord.

I wouldn't say anything.

Me?

I've been lifting steadily for quite some time now. I began lifting around 19, and was so into it that I overtrained. I'd be so excited to work out that sometimes I'd work out for a month at a time without taking a day off.

Nutrition wise, I'm set. I use to track my calories, but since I'm bulking right now I'm not too worried about it. It's winter here, but in the summer I slam myself via cardio and get pretty cut. Jogging six to eight miles a day is usual for me in the summer.

I only became interested in steroids a few months back after realizing that my routines had stagnated and I had reached a plataeu.

You see, for some reason last year I contracted a weird kidney infection. I travel a lot, so the doctor told me it was probably from the airplanes and uncomfortable car seats. I woke up one day pissing blood. Not fun, believe me.

Anyhow, that incident put me out of workout commission for some time. My back hurt, bad, and I had no energy. Oddly, ever since then I've felt very weak.

On a positive note, since I began my first cycle, I feel stronger than ever. I'm really happy with my results thus far. I consider myself to be a fairly cerebral guy and I always analyze everything and take all factors into consideration. I held off taking anything until I did enough research. All things considered, I'm more than impressed. In a weird way, I think this is exactly what my body needed.
