i have heard of people running a short cycle of Winstrol and Primobolan after a 2 month mass building stack of Say Dianabol and Sust has finished, is it true to say this can be done to help keep gains and strength and keep a good hard look.?? .....or is this not a good idea??

The question sounds funny, sure if you run gear for longer and longer you are more likely to keep gains, of course. Thats like saying running a year round cycle and never coming off will help "solidify gains."

If you are over your natural ability you will slowly lose it when you come off regardless of how long you were on for during the cycle itself. Winstrol and primo will both suppress HPTA so you are basically running a long single cycle, just keep that in mind.

i see what your saying, longer low dosage cycles do seem to work better for me
