Try eating like a pig every two hours instead. You might just have a very, very, very fast metabolism.

What exactly does eat like a pig mean, in numbers please.

I am 4800-5080 calories per day so far, my secret bulking food of the moment are chilli cheese corn dogs, 200 calories each. Of course rice, milk and chicken are in the mix as well.

    I am 6'2" 250.5#s

Look at it this way dude, if it wasn't diet that gave you weight gains, then you would always lose it when you came off anyway.

You know, I really didn't understand the power of eating a shitload of calories until I started eating at Taco Bell every day.

I had just moved into my new apartment and hence didn't have time to cook. Every day I'd swing by Taco Bell and eat a nachos belle grande and a taco supreme or two.

I quickly noticed myself getting bigger. Sure, some was fat, but in the gym I was moving a ton more weight around. I couldn't believe the strength gains I was making.

I wasn't sure what was causing it, so I went to Taco Bell's website to read their nutrional guide. I almost pissed myself when I realized one nacho belle grande has over 700 calories and each taco supreme has over 200 calories. I deduced that every day I was eating at least 1,000 calories at Taco Bell without even realizing it!

No wonder I was getting bigger and stronger.

However, since I started packing on some extra fat I stopped eating there and opted to go a healthier route by eating more protein bars and shakes throughout the day.

Behold the awesome power of calories.

It is the ONLY way I grow, I can't even hold calories and grow at a noticeable pace, that is the honest truth. I had to adjust to eating more without getting sick etc, its the only way.
