It says 1000mcg/ml (which is 1mg/ml). Either a typo or very weak stuff.

and are you injecting that or just taking it orally? Maybe I am stupid for asking but might as well
1000 mcg is not weak for injectable b12.....I jab 1000mcg b12 ED ...might try that out...little cheaper than my cytex 30ml vials
That's a good strength? I'll take your word for it. What is it used for besides the obvious effects?

Its used for energy or appetite increase, I haven't tried it yet honestly. Some people say that it doesn't work that well for appetite.
main thing is it ups your appetite...alot...even on the ph cycle im oon right now my appetite went down the drain...I got sick trying to eat my calorie macros...b12 helps...plus you can cut painful gear with it
Not enough apparently, too tired to remember what it was used for. I'm gonna order some t-day.Originally posted by Mudge

Will taking Oral B-12 2-3 times daily increase appetite as well?

dont see why not...prob to a lesser degree though...you will have to pound alot of b12 orally to get the same dose/effects as a injection though
Your absolutely right Mudge, I suppose I should have said that these vitamins are manufactured for animals not human beings.
But your right, I'm sure they go through the same standards as with human beings. I'm sure you researched that right?
But dose instructions are probably different.

I dont see why anyone training naturally would need an appetite stimulant, if you can't eat 500 calories extra per day you aren't going to get very far. Thats 4 cups of milk, thats nothing.
I agree mudge, but i wouldn't mind the help.

hah mudge u dont know dedications till u polish off 15 egg whites 5 yolkss 3 cups of oatmeal 4 tbs of peanut butter with a ton of stawberries and some toast with a protien shake. LOL thats breakfast its depressing to eat again 2 hours later hungry

Oh I have no problems admitting that my own diet is actually much easier to eat than a clean diet of the same calories. I had tossed up some food about a week ago when eating cleaner, the corn dogs and even when throwing in donuts, its very easy to eat. Plus I have liquid calories again, milk.
I am fairly certain that the reason rice and oatmeal is so hard to eat in mass quanity for me is just the friggin water content. Today was 4480 total calories which is low for me, I should be 5k+, I had a 65xx day on I think it was saturday. I've actually lost about 5 pounds over a couple days from the lower calories which should be water from less carbs also.

I have allways had trouble eating the amounts I want...I get literally sick after pounding a big meal.....Id trow up(not intentionally)...get pissed...and eat a whole nother meal....i broke my intake to 8 meals a day and i still would get sick..b12 definately helped that....almost overnight I could eat considerably more...
plus......it seems ph's and gear hurt my apetite...ive been able to offset it pretty well with upping my b12
...guess im not natural anymore :-/ but when i was, i definately needed a appetite stimulant

Yep, for me it was either try 8 meals or try alternative foods. I'm eating in such excess that I dont seem to be any fatter honestly by food type, Dan Duchaine claims that carb type is not critical during this stage and that seems to be correct.
Ok, how much and how often??

Ok, just took a cc, no pain, but then again I broke off about 1/4 of tooth during lunch and (must've) swallowed it and never noticed that either, so someone else may be different.Originally posted by plouffe
