cycle question,

i just got 20 ml of test enan and i am planning to cycle it over about a 10 week period. my question is would i be at more of an advantage if i were to poke every four days of 200mg. rather than doing one poke a week at a higher dosage?

I believe the answer to be yes, but for your first cycle it may not be critical. I poke every 4 days currently with cypionate which has a slightly longer half life.
