ok first off i dont liek the cycle tren and deca at the same time is bad new imo but thats just me.
As for diet honestly id have kept my bulking diet and graduely reduced it till i was losing what i desired. Then keep cutting calls and adding cardio nothing drastic like u are doing, thats why u feel like crap]
sorry im kind of a newbie on the subject but does deca FIX your joints or is it just prevention... what if you went on a cycle and threw in some deca just for joint support. Would you joints' conditions improve just from taking the deca?
