Question How much(quantity) for first cycle?

Here is the deal. I am 25, 6'2"@175. I am looking to do a cyp/dbol cycle.

I really don't know how much to do. I don't want to delete my funds but do want to see some nice gains.

Also, can anyone give me some gains I should expect? Granted I eat right and work.

Thanks.

500mg a week of Cyp, 25-35MG of d-bol

10-12 weeks would be good... longer is better... but since its ur 1st i would see how the Drugs treat you and how your recovery is... make sure to get some Nolva,Clomid... ur prolly gonna need it

Eating right can mean alot of things, it comes down to food intake. Right now I shoot for anything north of 5000 calories, your body may be different as I dont know what your maintenance is.

What is the best way to find how many calories I need to maintain? And how much should I add per day while I am on the cycle?

I am guessing I should take the dbol for the first six weeks only? And yes, there will be Nolva in there too.

Thanks.

Think about what you just said bro

Count what you are eating now, there is no better way. Be honest with yourself when you do so, if you eat sporadically you need to break that habit RIGHT NOW, it does you no good to gain 5 pounds, lose 5 pounds, gain 5 pounds and then lose it again. That is exactly what will happen if you dont eat consistently.

When cycling, I would add 1k calories to my daily diet as a minimum, that should give you 2 pounds a week until you reach maintenance again. Anything over that is water weight.

Yeah, the sporadic thing has to go. I have gotten alot better the past few weeks though. Before, I would get busy at work and not want to leave until what I was working on was finished. Sometimes I would go 5 or 6 hours after I got hungry before I would eat. Now I drop everything and try to eat every 3-4 hours.

Can protein be stored as fat? Not the nutrition forum but since we are on the subject.

Any nutrient can become fat, because protein can be converted to glucose inside the body as needed. This is why you can't "just eat protein" and stay muscular and lean, the body is not quite that stupid.

Well it is nice to know my body isn't THAT stupid.

BTW Mudge, I ordered that pull up thingy. Do you happen to know of any places that have just a dip "rack?". I am not sure what you call it.

Hmm, they have dip attachments for some of thier benches and racks, actually they should have one seperately but they usually come as dip on one side and pullup on the other. Did you find that item at least? If not I will look for it to show you what I mean, my gym actually has 4 of them.

If we could eat unlimited amounts of protein and it always became muscle, that would be great unfortunately nature has us beat on that.

Which item are you talking about. The only one I saw was the pullup thing. I bought it today.

Mudge, how is the quality of the chin station? Their stuff looks good on their site. I guess I will be finding out myself in a week or two. They aren't suppose to ship it until the 10th.

The pullup thingy? I like it, its great, compared to a simple straight $10-$20 bar that you find at a sports outlet this blows it away. It holds my bodyweight just fine provided you use it correctly, not too hard to put together, I seem to remember using mostly metric tools but I've used american stuff on metric parts all the time

Yeah that's it. Assembly won't be a problem as I have tackled worse. Ie. Honda. That little bastard makes me love working on my Camaro.

I hated working on my 94 after a year or two, I had a 69 Firebird that I could friggin stand inside. In the 94 you can with the radiator and water pump crap removed, then you just have to bend over and bust your back or tilt the hood back.

That is a fourth gen for you. You should see the Lt1 in my 91. Plenty of room to take the valve covers off. I can even change the oil psi sending unti hanging off the back of the motor.

Well to keep this kinda on the subject of gear, my Camaro will be receiving its own in the form of a ATI P600b which I have now had for 2 years

For the six weeks I am using dbol, do I gradually increase the dose? Or start out at what I am going to take per day?

Does gyno start while I am on the cycle, if it were to? If so, what is the best reaction to take? I plan on using Nolva so how much should I have on hand and how long do I take it?

Also, what is the main cause, other than poor diet, that causes a higher than average loss of muscle post cycle?

Thanks for any help.

improper post cycle therapy is the #1 cause of losing gains post cycle.

Stick to the same dose. Since dbol will typically cause alot of water retention, you may lose a good deal of what you see from it, this is where people invented the term "solidifying your gains" by using injectables with the orals.

Your natural genetics can only support so much beef, so eventually you reach a point where you are going to lose coming off regardless, but PCT, diet and training are where you hope to keep as much of your gains as possible.

What would be a good example of good pct? I will have my diet and training in order. What else is needed? Thanks.

Have you gone through the PCT sticky? I would still use nolvadex over clomid, despite the minute IGF-1 suppression that nolvadex causes, or I would run them 50mg/20mg, I dont like clomid at 100mg for extended periods.
