Can you say Yes or No ?

Yes, it is. Itīs a newbie.
First time reading about Steroids, a world that is covered with myth and mis-information.
I am really a "Diet" guy, everything can be solved by dieting. Thatīs what I think. But I canīt judge something that I donīt know just because the media says bad things.
I probably will never take any Steroids but I just wanna ask something....

Is it possible to gain 15 pounds of muscle or more with NO side effects ?

Please answer just with a yes or no.
Thanks

If gaining 15 pounds of muscle is your goal, you will defiantly need more calories. At 6’2” 2400 calories is not enough.

True. That is why next week I will add 400 calories. I know it is not enough but I will see how I go with that and in the weeks to come, more calories will be added.

I am 6'2" and 2400 calories for me is a major cutting diet, I ran one of those awhile back and lost alot of weight. Now I am trying to stay 5200+ If I had a job where I actually walked around, it would be even worse.

Well I'm glad you know what you are doing with diet, its very important and too many people are in the dark about it. I got a question recently on another board asking for a bulking diet, this person was not counting calories, but simply using exact examples of other peoples diets.

Yeah, I am crazy about dieting. I even have my high precision scale and I record everything I eat.
