That is why I dont do biceps, I NEVER have, it just freaks me out to think about it. Biceps are like quads, you cant live without them, if you make a mistake its going to f#ck your workouts for at least a week.

My last quad shot hit me so bad I was out of the gym for a week (I could hardly walk), and I didn't do legs for 3 whole weeks, I'm still coming back from that I lost alot of leg muscle because of it and its not easy for me to get it back.

    * Break in virgin spots with sterile oil or weak/painless gear
    * If it even causes minute feelings of pain anywhere else, cut that shyt way down or dont do it in biceps/quads IMO

Some people do great with quad shots, for me, high mg/ml stuff is NO GO in the quad.

Shrink? All I talked about was pain/immobility, and possible abcess.

It will increase just from the sheer volume you just pumped into it.
Work the muscle asap, to avoid shrinkage.
BTW thanks for the comic relief you're providing with these daily crises.

Bro, I never said "oh good god you have an abcess," I said its a possibility with large volume. 1.8cc SHOULD be fine, and I have heard of more, but if you go overboard for example say weekly injections in the same area in such a small muscle its a possible risk. Sterile abcess would be the most likely if you repeatedly stuck in the same spot, thats what happened to Valentino.

I almost did a shot in my bicep last week but chickened out at the last minute. I just had a bad feeling about it. I think I'll stick to pecs and delts where I'm the most comfortable.

Everyone in meds say bicepts to small.IMO go with larger muscle, unless spot injections.Even then no more than 1cc for small muscles.

Thats up to you, I would blame it primarily on the gear you chose and volume. I could barely walk for a week with my legs, twice over, didn't see a doctor just realized my mistake is all.

If it hurts anywhere else even minutely, dont break in a small, virgin muscle with it period.

Sterile oil or wussy gear like painless tren etc

If you think its bad enough to warrant a doctor cutting your bicep open to drain the oil out, go for it.

You could try it, I just lived with it. I am dead serious when I say I could barely walk, I almost did not go to work I was limping very badly and it hurt to bend my leg at all. It also swelled up about 2", I cut the gear in half and never had the problem again.

For me it was first 400mg/ml cypionate, and then later 500mg/ml enanthate.

    yep!
I have been out for over 1 week after problems with my last injection in my thigh!

Really the worst pain i ever had the past 10years,so not much training any legs or even possible to walk(was pretty afaraid that i had infections, but has begun to improved the last few days, but are a litle way left to goe before i am back to 100% at the gym,so i just say(ouch n fu****g pain, really hurted n still does, but not as i did a few days that was pure torture to say the least)

But it is nothing to do about it more than wait it out,and then get back with more and improved workouts, but will never compensate for the missed time in the gym!

The only thing that i was happy about was that it wasent an infection(that had been really much worse!)

Goos luck to all of you!

Some of you guys think injecting in the bicep will make your arm bigger, lol yea puffy from sorness then goes back to normal. glutes, quads maybe delts sometimes is great not your eyelids or your big toe. stick with the basics and you will see results.

if you pin bi's you gotta start off with a small volume like .5 cc at first, then work your way up slowly. Its going to hurt like hell the first time.

    Best post on this thread.

Other than that, the 20-25 sets of bicep work is just another bad move.

Injecting into your Bicep should make for, theoretically speaking, some awesome LJHO!

I pinned a bicep once and it hurt like a mfkr for the next 3-4 days. Big mistake. Quads, ass, delts, and pecs only for me. I really don't like quad shots either. Seems like I pierce a vein or ligament every other time.

Hmm.. I'm not very versatile. But my ass never gets sore either so why change it up?
Doing delts, quads or pecs just scares me.
