My consumer's eye is focused on SE subscription-based online magazine. They boast of certain specific informations as well as a refund guarantee on the membership cost. ("just send us an email") I have sent Several emails regarding "membership" payment problems with no reply. I guess you have to already be a member for Priority Response - although it HAS been a week - I wonder if you Are a member and want the guaranteed refund...to become a non-member...see how quickly you get a response Then. Be careful what you subscribe to online.

The problem I see is that you forwarded your subscription to the wrong site. You should have sent your subscription to Iron Magazine. Here you get priority responses even without becoming a member.

i couldnt even sign up in the first place, and the fact that they wouldnt respond to email as stated makes me wonder if they would respond to me if i were a member. the service is inaccessable to me. but i like this site and all points well taken thx
