Where did you learn about anabolic steroids ?

Since IM is up for 4 years, I guess that most of you learned about anabolic steroids elsewhere.

When was your first contact with this world and how did you learn about it ?
Share your stories. Thanks.

I started researching about 18 years ago. Long before I had internet access. But the majority of what I have learned was information found on the www.

World Anabolic Review 1996 (outdated) and the interweb. I have not been using for anywhere near 4 years, although I did buy WAR96 when it first came out.

At the time I had no idea where in the hell to get any of it anyway, and I stopped reading half way through the book.

My mom taught me everything I know ,
I think we all started learning through friends,
whether through the high school locker rooms or from gym buddies

I'm learning right now; disseminating the information on the internet can be quite a task as a lot of it is partial, contradictory, or incorrect...

A lot of it is because there are not large amounts of scientific study on steroid use for people wishing to put on muscle, so most of what we have is experienced user reports and a little medical study here and there.
