tri shots
Anyone do any tri shots? My first cycle of revorvit-b I did some but my buddy heelped me. Which head do you shoot?

I used to shoot outer head, until something seemed funky in my right arm, I swear my tricep collapsed in that spot for about 6 weeks or so.
Then I went to the rear head for awhile, but there is far too much blood and chance of hitting a nerve there, so I haven't done triceps in awhile. Lately my preferences in order, ass, delts, traps, pec. |
