Ok. This story began when I happened apon some bromo tabs by mistake(well more as a free gift). I knew what they were, but I didnt know enough about them so I spent alittle time researching.
During this time, while I was looking, I kept seeing people posting that mega doses of B6 and Vitex will stop progest/prolact gyno. Some even said that it was nearly as effective as bromo. For the life of me I cannot find any research about this, or even can understand why these substances would work.
And so since im pissed that I can find anything about this, someone convince me or point me to some research that I cant find. Are vitex/b6 as a anti-p just rumor??
I am hearing that bromo has some nasty sides, but dostinex is "much more expensive."
I have NO concernts about tren gyno or anything like that, and I dont think its that common. I ran tren 100mg a day for awhile and no gyno problems.
There is a thread on 'ology about the B6 possibilities, TxLonghorn is going to give it a shot I think, and he says he is very gyno prone with test or deca/tren.

I actually found research on it...lots of discussions about it on 'ology..seems b6 actually does work...I hear there is research TMG also working...cant find it though:-/ And vitex is just rumor as far as i can tell...

A single dose of pyridoxine (300 mg iv) produced significant rises in peak levels of immunoreactive growth hormone GH and significant decrease of plasma prolactin PRL in 8 hospitalized healthy subjects. Serum glucose, luteinizing hormone LH, follicle stimulating hormone FSH and thyrotropin TSH were not altered significantly. In addition, in 5 acromegalic patients who were studied with both L-dopa and pyridoxine, inhibition of GH secretion followed either agent in a similar pattern. These data suggest a hypothalamic dopaminergic effect of pyridoxine.
