    finaly back at it

    after about 2.5 months of being clean and not being able to train due to a broken collor bone iam finaly back. As for strength i didnt loose as much as i thought I would. My squats only dropped by about 30 pounds from before and my 10 rep bench is down by about 40 pounds but oh well iam clean now and ill be startin up again with the plan of getting up to around 220 this summer in good cardio shape. Heres the plan of attack for me since ive lost a ton of weight but heres my plan
    t3 at 25 mcg ed
    1g cyp
    dbol at 50mg 1-4 and then 4 week break and start again mixing it up with some drol
    tren 75mg eod 1-8
    hcg every 6 weeks
    slin 10iu post workout
    gh 6 iu 5on 2 off
    possibly igf-1 depending if i can get the stuff I want
    this will probel be a 6 month cycle mixing in eq when off the tren
