Kind of hard to do man... eaither you CUT, you BULK, or you Clean bulk... in your case you would need to Clean bulk but that still want Tear lb's and lb's of fat off your ass... its just going to Build muscle without fat... so no EXTRA fat. Usually more protein rather than calories from Carb's.
If you cut... you use as little bit of Roids so it will Maintain the muscle you already have... and THEN you cut your calories so you Burn fat and but still have the muscle you had when you started.
You cut Calories... It eats muscle(most of the time).
So if i was you... i would get my ass on a treadmill and burn off as much fat as possible and atleast get down to 20% body fat. ANd then Juice away and pack on the muscle.

Since people get gyno naturally, I'd say its somewhat likely, which is why its recommended you generally drop some major bodyfat first (under 15%).
You need to learn how to diet before you make any of this stuff work like it should anyway. That means know what you are doing, not just slamming calories to the floor and starving yourself on Wheaties and Coco-Puffs.
In reply to the post "watch out for gyno" this is my first cycle, what should I look for and what do you mean about some people get gyno naturally. I do have a higher than normal fat concentration in my chest and abdomen region. Is this a risk ? The rest of my body, legs, arms, face do not have excess fat. Does anyone Know why all my fat is in my chest, abdomen region ? What can I do to change this ? Thank You again.
if you do start juicing before losing the fat, I would recommend 4 weeks of Prop @ 100mg EOD and run clen/T3. run the T3 for the first 3 weeks, cycle the clen w/ ECA 2weeks each for 8 weeks. Diet and cardio.
As far as why your fat is in those specific regions has to do with the amount of alpha/beta fat receptors, as well as your hormone levels. Where you store fat is gentic. If you have a lot of fat in your chest, you probably are more likely to get gyno.
The doses you have listed for test and EQ wouldn't do shit for me. First drop the body fat, then start bulking on higher test doses.
