Well you have quite a variety there. Pork is loaded with fat is it not? I imagine you'd pay a good bit extra to get lean pork, frankly I'd go insane because I dont like pork that much.

I eat mostly beef right now because I like it, and yes it has saturated fat but its lean sirloin so I dont think its so terrible

Chicken is great but breast has almost no fat so its very low calorie, if you need more calories go for thighs.

Im assuming you wake up late, first meal 11a.m.
If you slammed first meal at 7-8 you could add more carbs i.e. oatmeal/toast/protein shake/6 egg whites and still get the protein.

Depends on your calories somewhat, but for serious cutting I would go 100 or less. This leaves you trying to make up calories elsewhere obviously.

well... How many carbs low is too low??? FOr keeping muscle mass.

And my cheat meal is tommorow... Is it really ok to have a cheat meal in your diet? Like i have heard its PART of the diet so you jack your metabolism up... or something like that... if someone could explain that whole deal too me that would be great.

I think your carbs are too low. Personally I would rotate carb days. A high, low, and medium day in the order of; low, medium, high, medium, low, medium, ect, ect.

On days where your carbs are lowest I would compensate the loss of calories with more EFAs.

Likes someone else noted, try to get your carbs in earlier in the day. Stick to low glycemic carbs. Brown rice, sweet potatos, whole grains, ect. I would cut out all carbs after 7pm with the exception of some vegetables (being as they're relatively light in calories).

Diet is individual JAG, if you are doing 800g carbs and not that fat, then obviously 60-80 is way too much of a cut. Look at total calories more than carbs IMO, if you cut too many calories at once likely you are going to lose LBM, but again it is ALL INDIVIDUAL.

One cheat a week, a cheat, not a binge. That is all I allow myself if dieting strict.

Hey JAG try doing some cardio not just lifting. Its probably most effective first thing in the morning. You can also do it after a workout. 30-45 minutes per session should do the trick.

Diets are slow bro, pros look at 16-20 weeks to diet you are asking for everything within a couple weeks.

I started doing some cardio myself, 65% heart rate though not high rate stuff, and not for long durations either.

    I dont like running.

Is it genetic? Yeah its called being a male Men store fat in the midsection, thats just how it is. Supposedly the longer it is the harder it is to get rid of.

Look into HIIT cardio if you have not already, high intensity interval training. Starvation diets are not the way to go bro.

Here is my cardio plan that I am going to start doing tomorrow actually. Wake up go to gym walk on treadmill at 8-12% incline for 45 min. Eat a proper diet, and at night lift weights followed by another 45 on treadmill at 8-12% incline. From what other bodybuilders have told me this method works well.

ronnie was walking cardio is iffy on how much you do. I personaly do best doing eliptical cardio i normaly start at 20 mins eod and work up to 45 min ed adding 5 mins a week and cutting cals by about 300. Jag u might try having a high carb day once every 2 weeks or week to just recharge your glycogen stores. Getting ripped just takes a hell of alot of time and dedication drugs are a small part of it.

As for running 1 mile dont sweat that i run 4 miles 5 days a week with spring intervals on the other days pre season.
