i must have been higher than 20%! because i really have not lost any muscle(that i can tell)... but im still flabby as shit.. i can grab a handfull of fat on my Gut. I gained 2 lbs last night but look skinnier... so i guess i might have put some muscle back on... im not for sure... im so frustrated! God i hope when i get to 200lbs i look totally different. im trying my damndest .
Another question... How long will i still be burning fat if i stay at 2,500 calories? i know that ? sounds stupid... and i know yall dont know my metabolism. But just curious.
