Well i was 225 at 20% body fat.
im down to 210.. How many pounds am i going to have to lose to be at 10%?? Because i still look flabby.

Well if you were 225 @ 20% bf, then you had 180 lbs of LBM, and 45 lbs of fat. Assuming you are only losing fat, which is unlikely, then you need to get to 200 lbs to be at 10%.
How did you test your BF? You need to keep re-accessing to really see what is going on. Skin fold calipers (available here) are the simplest way to monitor your progress.

I used a hand held electronic BF tester at the gym... dunno if thats accurate or not. I had to grip the handles and it told me my BF.

i must have been higher than 20%! because i really have not lost any muscle(that i can tell)... but im still flabby as shit.. i can grab a handfull of fat on my Gut. I gained 2 lbs last night but look skinnier... so i guess i might have put some muscle back on... im not for sure... im so frustrated! God i hope when i get to 200lbs i look totally different. im trying my damndest .
Another question... How long will i still be burning fat if i stay at 2,500 calories? i know that ? sounds stupid... and i know yall dont know my metabolism. But just curious.
