    Need some advice with cycle

    Hey I need some advice

I am 16 have been liftin hard for around a year and i tried a first a 6-7 week cycle of D-BOL which improved my bench from 220 to 270 and i went from weighing 155 to 170 which was pretty good i thought. Then i kept liftin harder and started to plateau at 270 and i took a cycle of testoprim which increased my size and i still didnt break past the plateau and i got off and i am still at the same weight and i was wondering if anybody could help me out and give me some advice on how to break past it and what would be a good cycle would be for me to gain strength and mass.

Weight (size) comes from food. My last bulker had me 5300-6500 calories daily.

I take 19c right now to maintain my bodyweight. So an extra 380 calories is all it would take, if that doesn't change, to add another 20 pounds.

However it would take a very long time period to get there without a much more drastic change.

I didn't even notice that. Pretty early age to be screwing with your hormones, I hope you are happy with your frame.

I agree...you're doing some serious damage by "using" at that young of an age....killing your potential to make gains naturally as well as seriously stunting your growth.

you've been working out for a year naturally and jump on roids? Wow... i bet you hit your genetic potential.

Look man.. im 19.. and i have been lifting since i was 14 and that STILL want enough time to get to my genetic potential. I bet you do plateau at 270... and i bet you stay there. Not trying to flame you but its just your not even done growing yet... well i take that back.. You are now.

A little Tip for your next Post at any bodybuiliding Forum... Dont put your Age on there if you want any help... Because most people react like this to anyone Below 18 years of age. I get hounded... but not too bad.

    I started too young also.

It's a bad mistake first and foremost if you do it because you can't gain weight.

If you can't gain weight without gear, you won't gain it with it. It is all up to diet and I highly suggest you get that sorted out.

And I am by no means condoning starting early. I at least had 3 years of hardcore training under my belt. Along with a bodybuilding show.

I am halfway through a 10 week cycle w/ 2 mL enantat / week and 1 mL deca / week. My bench has increased 80 lbs and my weight is up 10 or 15 lbs. It is my first cycle and I am assuming things are going well. But I don't know if you would want to get into injectables. I haven't had any trouble. They aren't bad. But make sure you eat a LOT. Steroids don't do what they totally can do unless you eat a lot and get a lot of protine. Make sure you eat

Yep steroids dont do the work for you but they greatly increase your anabolic "rate" (the rate at which you can build muscle from all that food you shove in your facehole).

If you can eat it, then a good chunk if it will become LBM.

To add to this the cleaner you eat the better quality muscle you will put on and less fat you'll add with the muscle. I hear a lot of guys have a hard time eating the quanitity of calories with a clean diet you need to grow. That is probably why the pros eat like every hour they are awake. If at all possible I would avoid bad foods even on cycle.
