Hey i need some help here. I just started noticing last week that my left nipple is puffy. Now its really sore and i can feel a small lump under it. In not curently on anything, but ended a cycle of 1AD and Tribex about a month ago. I have some liquidex left over from previous cycles . Can i just take small dosage of that for a week or too. say .25 mg day or do i need to get some nolva. whats the best and fastest way to get rid of this.

Try the l-dex and see what happens. If you already have a lump, it's not likely to go away...without medical attention that is.

thanks. Im not to worried about the lump cause its very small . but i am worried about it getting worse and the symptoms going away i.e pain, tenderness, itchyness.

Sounds like the estrogen never made it down.

I dont know what tribex is but I assume its a legal supplement also.

Yes you can try the ldex, but it only helps lessen future estrogen not current.

Good luck, you may want to use .5mg though.

Tribex is just tribulus made by biotest. I did 4 weeks with that and 1ad. i didnt use any anti e's becuase i've never had any problem with gyno before and figured that 1ad and tribulus wouldn't have that much of an effect. bad call on my part
i read your post on anastrozal and other posts on it also. I read one post that stated for accute problems its best to use nolvadex. Do you have any experience with this? Or anyone on here for that matter?

I've had gyno start to begin forming yes. I used nolvadex @ 60mg. Now I run some kind of anti-a during the cycle though, one danger however is cholesterol levels getting out of whack.

Thats so strange getting gyno from a PH cycle. It had to be the 1AD because it seems odd that the Trib would do that. Most often Trib is used after a PH cycle to boost your test levels back to normal level. I guess some run it during too.

just wondering ... I've been trolling around a few sites and have heard that sometimes the lump goes away and sometimes it doesn't using nova? Is this true?

I have a lump... yep.. mini juggs. I am getting the nova on monday .. today being friday. either way.. if I have a penny sized lump .. what are the chances (generally) of the lil prick goin away?

I did 2.3 of test prop every other day for a 6 week .. about mid cycle I started to see it.

AND

should I cut the test all together till I get these mini juggs or get the nova ?

Generally its believed once it calcifies you have to operate.

One such protocol to "kill gyno" before calcification follows, I've never used it:

JGUNS GYNOBUSTER

80 MG ED Nolva 4 weeks
40 MG ED Nolva 4 weeks
20 MG ED Nolva until complete resolution, or until cycle is over.

The time frame can vary depending on your own progress. The key is to not step the dosage down until you see a good reduction in size.

The optimum time to start treatment is withing a month or two of symptoms starting to occur. There is some evidence to show that one the tissues become more well defined, it is harder to treat the gyno, making surgery the only real option. This probably takes around 12 months to occur.

The best way to get rid of it is to continue with the liquidex for the 2 weeks and then try some nolvadex for 2-3 more weeks. That should do the trick.

fuck. I noticed tenderness and maybe a small lump in my left nipple as well... All i have is arimidex and clomid. will clomid work in place of nolvadex??

Not very well, but you could try it. They are both "anti estrogens."

heres a little update,
I've been taking liquidex @ .5cc a day for a week and the symptoms have gotten much better. it's no longer puffy and tender. It still is a little sore some times when i push on it, but barely. It seems like the lump has gotten smaller too.
Question?
How long should/can I continure using liquidex to completly get rid of it, and at what dosage. I know there is some safety issues when taking liquidex of getting your estrogen levels too low. keep in mind im not taking anything else either.

There is no way to answer without a blood test, just try to use the least amount neccessary.

Im thinking .25 ed. i Havent heard of any dosage lower than that. You?

Lower? dunno, but if gyno is a problem you can use .5 just fine, I used a mg a day for around 2 weeks running.

For the last week now I have been running 80mg ed of Nolvadex, it is seemingly doing the trick, as the tenderness is almost gone.

I was wondering tho since I have cut the juice mid cycle, should I take some tribulus or something to help boost natural test levels or just stick with the Nolvadex?
